Officer Kelso In charge of security is the best. He makes sure you are safe by escorting you back to the car.
Eliot is my favorite coz he answers all my questions when I come here. I feel at home at US coins.
Gayland was great the last time I came here, very helpful on assisting on my purchases.

They have given me honest consultation on when it’s a good time to buy or sell based on the market. Sometimes you may have to wait in line because these guys are busy, but it’s worth the wait for trust worthy business. And they have interesting art, jewelry, other pieces to admire.

You have to check this place out. I buy gold and silver here but they have all the cool stuff. Rolex, rare baseball cards jewelry…
Super friendly staff.

I prefer buying at coin shows but when I do buy I almost always go to US Coins and I have been buying from them for almost 10 years. Friendly professional staff and safe environment. They get real busy sometimes on a Saturday but thats normal for these times. Their prices are fair and they usually have a good selection of bullion. Have recommended them to friends and family.

My experience with U. S Coins & Jewelry exceeded expectations.
My interactions started with a phone call with a query regarding a watch I wanted to sell. I spoke with Will Brooks who said he would do some research and take a look. I stopped by later in the afternoon and was greeted by Will who knows eveything watches! My quote was expedient and fair; I appreciated his candor and honesty on the timepiece, and then heencouraged me to shop it out, which I had already started. I thanked him and left to think about it and wait for my other quotes.
I did recieve a few in the ballpark range and one that was the same Will had quoted.
I decided to go back to U. S Coins & Jewelry and to Will for the sale of my watch based purely on his amazing knowledge and wonderful customer service.
I'll be doing business here again and referring others.

SO DISAPPOINTED! I saw videos/commercials about how friendly and helpful this place is. No appointment needed. I went on my day off expecting what they advertised. That didn't happen. The place was empty so they can't use the excuse of being busy. The gentleman didn't even touch my coins, he barely glanced at them when I placed them down on the desk. He said they were not interested. I spent about 3-4 minutes in this place after driving from Pearland which is about 30-40 minutes away (depending on traffic). I was super bummed.

We had the most amazing experience here! My 12yo son has recently gotten into the hobby of collecting coins. He really wanted to go to a storefront to look at wheat pennies, instead of simply purchasing them online.

We drove all the way from The Woodlands, because we had heard of their outstanding customer service. We were not disappointed!

Elliot went above and beyond with helping my son. He answered any question asked, and even got out books to help explain the value of the coins he had/wanted.

I truly felt like we wanted a “mom and pop” experience and received it. He allowed my son to sort through pennies and pick the ones he wanted to keep. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service here!

We definitely will be life long customers! Highly recommend if you are wanting to speak with personnel that actually care about you as a person!

This business it's not good they're great! I have dealt with numerous employees, KD jr, Will, Nicole.both on the phone and through a chat and they are very knowledgeable and respond promptly and professionally. I've purchased from them and sold to them and will continue to both. As the saying goes, "The creme rises to the top, and it stays there. " US Coin & Jewelry is at the top and they are market makers! Highly recommend!

Dress well or go elsewhere. The shop is very clean and seemingly professional. I was directed to one of the assessment booths where I was ignored for 20 minutes while they accommodated customers who arrived after me. The only distinguishing factor I could see was they were better dressed than I.

We visited US Coins to sell some gold jewelry. The staff worked through the many customers quickly and efficiently. We were pleased with their courtesy and professionalism. Definitely will visit again as the need arises.

I went to sell some gold to one of the "buyers" there and he didn't like the color of my gold. So he passed on it. Then I wanted to buy a couple of silver rounds and the 3 bonehead salesmen ignored me while I stood there for a good 10 minutes as they had their own conversation that had nothing to do with the business at hand. (I wonder if it had anything to do with the way I was dressed.) The place WAS NOT BUSY so that excuse can be flushed down the toilet. These guys are RUDE.

I have dealt with these guys for years. They have always been 100% honest in their dealing. The staff is always willing to answer any questions yo have and make sure that you get exactly what is correct whether you are buying or selling. The carry the largest inventory in the city and other stores actually come and buy from them!
