I love the cold facial/ red light therapy. I was nervous at 1st but Misty did an amazing job at at explaining the process. It was invigorating and relaxing. I love the end results, I am excited for my next appointment.

Had my last session with Grace today (sadly). Grace is super nice and she makes you feel super comfortable. I would recommend her especially if you aren’t use to cryotherapy she helps you feel relaxed and she will play her music playlist and if those aren’t playing she has great conversations. Therapist you didn’t think you needed. You will truly love her bubbly personality.

I enjoyed my session today with Grace. She went over what the system would be targeting and she answered all my questions. They have lots to offer and are very friendly.

I had a Single Theraface facial from Misty at US Cryo at Ft. Cavazos, TX. This included red light therapy, blue light therapy, micro current, and of course cryotherapy. I’ve had ongoing issues in two specific trouble spots that seemed to be in a cycle of breakout, allergic reaction, under skin eruptions and also dry flaking skin from trying to combat it. One week after treatment both areas have cleared up. Next time I’m back in town I’ll be booking another treatment.

One caveat, if you prefer the full zen spa experience you will be disappointed here, the acoustics do not allow for that. That was not my priority, getting a treatment to clear up my issues was and that’s why I gave 5 stars.

I had such a good experience with their shop, I genuinely enjoyed going to the chamber and using all the different massagers. Amazing staff, super chill, and nice.

Enjoyed a much needed session on top of the excellent service from the women who worked there today.

It was a really good experience, definitely recommend people to check it out and at least give it a try, both of the girls really knew what they were talking about and were very helpful with my first time experience in cryotherapy overall 10/10
