U.S. Customs and Border Protection - Dallas/Ft.Worth Service Port reviews
9The rudest person I ever spoke to. He was unhelpful, cross questioned about a million things not associated with my query and had a threatening tone. I had to take 5 min to cool down myself about how can I let someone talk to me like this for no joy. Call them to ruin whole of your day.
The CBP personnel at DFW Airport are rudest, laziest, most inefficient border personnel of all the major airports. The enrollment on arrival is non-existent. The CBP tells you to go somewhere else knowing the office isn’t even open. I fly all over the world and we have the worst staff of them all!
Came in from a 10+ hour flight from London (with about 3 other International flights.so well over a thousand people). Only to find that the re-entry machines were not functioning.to self report for customer re-entry.there were just a couple of Immigration officials there. Whoever the supervisor was that was supposed to coordinate events, should be reprimanded or fired! There were well over a thousand people waiting for about an hour to gain re-entry into the US.then they brought in panic back up. Terrible managerial skillsets. Your hard earned tax dollars at work here. If I could have rated them a zero.or the manager. I would have.
Just like every government office ever, they are extremely inefficient, slow, miserable and rude, even though I'm being forced to pay them higher than average wages to do nothing. I am gonna lose a package I spent a lot of money on because these people won't do their jobs
They don't answer their phone or return calls. I finally looked up their main number and the operator told me they are backlogged for 6 months. All I would like is to talk to someone and get an extension. The operator transferred me but doubted anyone would answer and talk to me.so I keep leaving voicemails.
Absolutely the rudest person I spoke to on the phone. They withheld a package that has been shipped from China and was suppose to be in the hands of DHL after release. We were never notified. I call and ask them to let DHL know that the package is ready for pick up, and the said "maybe". The most miserable people.
Horrible. Literally the worst customs and border patrol entry point. Absolutely no organization. Complete chaos in the lines.
To top it off, almost every single officer was RUDE.
Unbelievable. What a way to welcome home!
These guys are so inefficient. 1 guy processing all the normal passports todayaimeone should be fired.
I had a concern because my mil was travelling alone from India to US. I got my answers in less than 5 min without any hassel.
