Had some mis communication but sorted out. Staff was very helpful and polite. I was late to appointment due to mix up, but was able to be seen. I did feel rushed a bit, but all in all good.

Outstanding manners detailed and willing to hear concerns. The staff also made me feel welcomed and help with all issues. Having psoriasis has always been overwhelming stressful. Everyone understood my concerns and helped with along the visit. I will return with Dr McClung.

Dr Snavely was so nice and considerate of my feelings. He could tell I was embarrassed and he did not shame me like other drs have. His heart is in the right place and I highly recommend his care. The technicians were also very friendly and respectful of my diagnosis. Thank you all.

I had Mohs surgery yesterday to remove a lesion on my face and everything went PERFECTLY! Everyone was just wonderful, each step was explained clearly and I felt VERY well taken care of and supported. Honestly I can see no room for improvement at all.

My experience with Dr. Snavely was first rate. The appointment happened on time (I dislike being kept waiting for 30-45 minutes). That was the first positive with Dr. Snavely. When he came in he introduced himself and explained the procedure that he was about to perform. It went exactly as promised with no pain. At the end of the procedure his nurse explained the wound care and I was given a cell number to text in the event any issues developed that would require attention. I would certainly recommend Dr. Snavely and his team should you need a dermatologist.

Dr Muclung has been my derm for years. I trust her alway to help me make the best desicions for my health. I am on a biological for psoriasis and she has helped me to stay on top of my health even above and beyond my primary care doctor. She gets 5 stars from me!

Eryn is great! Super thoughtful, thorough, and really makes you feel cared for when visiting the facility. I would highly recommend Eryn.

My appointment with Dr. McClung Was a 5 star. She is very professional and very proficient. I usually have appointments every 6 months for a skin check as I am a melanoma survivor. I have several spots frozen off each time I go in. She listens when I have concerns and discusses these with me. I'm Glad that Dr. Amy McClung is my dermatology doctor.

Recommend Eryn McIntyre.she's very thorough and personal. Front desk staff is also professional and friendly.

Great experience. First time I have had a health scare like this and everyone at the office helped me feel right at home. I also needed to have my records sent to another office and they were very fast about it. I am working through the VA so I am used to long waits. Felt very taken care of and will be recommending in the future! Thanks you Dr. McClung and staff! High standards are greatly appreciated and yall exceeded expectations.
