7This time, the staff is very bad service. The product is designed to be hung to order. You don't take responsibility because zombies don't take responsibility. I'm sad that you passed away. Because of the small magic rule, many good customers are lost. In general, I do not recommend this place. Know the name of the page and Kim should fight far away. An exact place, stupid, that learning. So bad

They had everything that I needed and more! I’ll be back for wax supplies. Associates were very helpful.
I hate coming here due to the rude staff and high prices. I came here as a last resort since they are open later than nationwide and beauty depot. Never fails, everytime I come here, no one acknowledges you or want to help you. Even checking out, staff are always talking and making you feel like youre a burden trying to pay for your items. Poor communication. Bad atmosphere. No one ever wants to help you or say anything unless you’re a big timer whose going to spend 20k in supplies every week so they know who you are other than that, they are stuck up and will not acknowledge anyone.
Just visited for the first time on last Friday. 3/10/23 Most of the comments (negative) were right on point. The old stank face. (Flared nostrils rolling of the eyes.etc). No communication only because they refuse to acknowledge. Yep. Won't be going here a second time. FYI. DUST THE PLACE
I had the same experience, I felt neglected but the place is more organized than ever, they may need a customer service course unless they are really racist! I love going to Beauty Depot on Wilcrest much better customer service, the vibes are 100 % better!
Short hair lady with white blouse with pink prints lack mannerism & professionalism. I dont support businesses with staff acting like that. Staff should get trained accordingly if their parents didn't raise them the proper basics of a human decency.
