Mariana was super nice and serviceable. She was about to have lunch when me and my battle buddy arrived and she insisted in helping us find the right size and style boot for what we needed. Only until we checked out for our stuff did she take her lunch break. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs anything tactical. Customer service

I love the selection at this location and the super friendly staff. Marianna was able to answer all of my unique questions to make sure that I had the right equipment for my mission. Competitive pricing and Marianna's insight on the products will have me me back as a customer anytime I need new gear.

I came on to the store to buy some boots and the employee Mariana was very friendly and help us all the time and she even make suggestions about which boot should we buy. Just for her we’ll be back to the store.

Neat store and great customer service the associate Marilyn went above and beyond and helped me find a good pair of boots that fit my wide feet. I ended up spending 200 today and I would definitely be back again in my short time here.

I don’t usually write many reviews but I had an experience worth the mention, with an associate that went above and beyond. Marilyn was not only helpful but also knowledgeable. She really took the time to help me figure out what it was that my husband had sent me in there for (because I wasn’t sure myself lol). Without her help, I honestly probably would have stayed confused and left with nothing. This was my first time at US Patriot but the service there has ensured that our family will be loyal customers now and in the future.
