What's started as a negative experience from trying to take the time off to come back to Texas to get our belongings, Elton managed to turn into a 5-star experience he's the most dedicated hard-working employee this company has, he has shown it by the quality of service he gives you. I got the call the day before my birthday that our unit was broken into not the kind of news you wanna hear when you're 2 weeks shy of going to collect your items and bring them home. Elton has been a gem to us by making sure that every bit of our needs have been met and has helped us in every way possible. Elton explained the insurance claim process to us and helped us fill out the form. I truly hope that US Storage knows the type of employee they have working for them and values him for his hard work dedication and commitment to customer service and the security and safety of people's belongings.
