Gary the Property Manager at US Storage was extremely helpful and prompt. He got us a large rental unit to store our equipment in immediately until our office/warehouse becomes available in a month or so. Best service experience we've had in searching for a business location.

US Storage has always been a pleasure to work with. They make the renting and storage process so easy for the customer side of it and always so professional and kind. I highly recommend US Storage if your looking for great storage rates and friendly customer service then this is the company to go to.

I've been here couple of months now. The large spaces are fantastic for storage and warehousing. The current manager, Gary, is great and I don't foresee needing to leave any time soon. The property is clean, well managed, gated, and has a good amount of cameras.

I am currently leasing a warehouse space here and everything has been great. Gary in the office was helpful with the C/O process and made the move a smooth transition. Thank you Gary I appreciate all the help.

The facility is clean and presentable. Gary and Connie were a tremendous help during the move in process. They explained everything carefully and thoroughly. I'm excited to all the things this space has to offer! Would definitely recommend this to any other start up business!

Gary the property manager has done an excellent job on the maintenance at the facility and is alway personable and attentive. The unit prices are reasonable and the 24 hour access is very useful and
I would recommend to a friend.

Was there a few months, total disaster. Employees are completely inept, no nothing of customer service. People block the way all the time. Disgusting old man dressed up in woman's clothing working the desk with worst attitude ever.

Was able to get a great starting rate, management was quick on helping me reserve a unit. Would highly recommend.

Nice and clean facility. I like that its in a nice area of Plano kind of hidden off the main roads so I'd get some privacy. The young guy working was nice and courteous helped me out with the differences between a regular unit and an office space. Only thing is I wish the city of Plano would open up the roads or limit less 18 wheelers onto the small road. Sometimes they block both sides and I can barely get through!

This place has business warehouse spaces but they can barely fill up the spaces because they keep the gate locked even during business hours. Why would someone rent a space where your customer's can't even get it in during normal business hours? I stopped by to check it out to rent out two spaces but was turned off to this fact. If customers cannot get in without having to call me then it does not look like a business, it looks like a storage room.

This is an excellent location and Connie was absolutely wonderful in helping us find a space. The office warehouse space will be a great opportunity to start our business!

Today my husband and I had the privilege of stopping by this particular US Storage and Plano and Connie Richardson was absolutely AMAZING! She was so incredibly kind and patient and answered all of our 50 million questions and she did so with smile.and great attitude. She was an absolute joy to meet and to speak with and deserves whatever honor or accolades that may come her way!

Very friendly staff and love the large storage units they offer. Best pricing I could find around too.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM MOSES! There is a guy who sells cars out of this property that puts a lien on the vehicle and you will not be able to sell the car ever because he never releases the lien.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today I went to this location after doing extensive research on different facilities. I own a small business and went to this location to inquire about renting a space for my business. I went to the office at 2: 00 p.m. And found the door to be locked and all the lights to be off. A sign on the door indicated that someone would return at 2: 00 p.m. I decided to wait for the office personnel to return and was standing outside the office when a young woman opened the door with her cell phone in hand and a disgusted look on her face. Before I could get a word out she blurts out that she's on her lunch break and that she wouldn't clock in until 2: 11 p.m. It was 2: 02 p.m. I told her that I had driven from Frisco and wanted information about renting a space for my business for work. She replied by snidely saying that work wasn't allowed in the units. I then asked her about the business spaces and if she could provide me with information regarding these spaces. With this question the annoyed expression her face grew more apparent. She responded snidely again and said by saying "I can get you that information at 2: 11" with a sneer on her face.

I am not an unreasonable person, and I can certainly understand that workers need their lunch breaks. However, when a potential customer and business owner is looking to spend money at your location and do business with your company, acting annoyed with the customer while being more concerned with the cell phone in your hand is not the response any employee should have. All this young woman had to do was be polite, professional, and not have a horrible attitude. In stead, she cost her employer my business as well as the business of my colleagues. My advice to US Storage Centers is to more carefully screen their emlpoyees, and to look at replacing this young woman and any employee like her as they are severely tarnishing the image of the company.
