The employees were rude and acted like they hated working there, lack of human hair wig selection, place was super messy and unorganized

This past Friday. I must has been hands down the best experience I had here. Everyone greeted you, asked you if you needed help, and it was clean and not cluttered like that old store Fallas

The workers are so nice and they help you find everything that you need. I really enjoyed myself. Thanks Alot for the experience.

I WISH I could give this place less than one star. I truly tried on more than one occasion to give this place a try. It's close to my house and would be so much more convenient than traveling to the Eastside. For starters, there are no prices marked on ANYTHING. If you ask at the register too many times, you are treated horribly. Just entering the front door, I don't feel safe. Apparently, no one is happy to be working there, and it shows in their attitudes. I WILL NOT be going again.

I went in there knowing I was going to get extensions bc it seems to be the new thing. I was helped right away, they matched my hair color to the extensions.an I an very pleased. I will most definitely return.

The customer service was great. Tink was very PATIENT & helpful while giving me suggestions for items for barber students. They will surely appreciate it & I’ll be returning in the future for sure.

I would give a negative star if I could. I don't understand how someone would treat a customer like that. They have a rule where if you want to buy a wig you see on a mannequin, you tell a staff who goes to the back room and get it for you. When they get the wig, they don't show it to you, they take it directly to the cashier and inform you to go to the cashier to check it out. 2 days ago I bought a wig that cost me $102, and I made the mistake to not double-check if it was the correct wig since the color looked alike. Next day, I was getting ready to put it on and noticed they gave me a different wig. I went back to the store and was told they could not exchange it eventhough it was CLEARLY NOT MY FAULT and was STILL IN THE PACKAGE UNOPENED! Technically I just LOST MY 1HOUR COMMUTE BACK AND FORTH TO THE STORE, MY MONEY, AND NOBODY CARED. Maybe they have too many customers, because congratulations! They just lost one!

Came in here today to buy contacts and eyelashes. I get home to try my product and opening the glue for the eyelashes that are sold separately and cost 9 dollars it was missing its tip to apply it to the eyelashes I live all the way blanco and tried calling no answer! Then the receipt is saying no returns on makeup! I be damned I want my 9 dollars back or I want a exchange. I will be up there monday

Amazing staff! I went in to get some clip ins and my hair is a unique color so trying to find a match has been very hard - the staff went above and beyond to find the best match possible. Highly recommend this location!

I initially came to this establishment and it took me 15 mins to check out because they only had one person as a cashier. While standing in line the cashier was texting and answering calls while checking customers out. Then I came back to return a few packs of hair because it was unopened, was told that no one in the store besides the manager can make returns. That the manager wouldn’t be back for 2 hrs and that I would need to return when she comes back. Horrible customer service!

Customer service is horrible and they don’t have prices on any of they items. The employees get an attitude when you ask the price of an item. They rather sit there communicating with each other than actually doing their job. I will not shop here again!

Why say you close at nine if you don’t let people in past 8: 40? The lady at the front was very rude and had a nasty attitude.

Everytime I visit this store they never have the products in the system to ring up. Customer service is rude and the store always looks a mess.

Walked in the door at 8: 400pm was immediately screamed at we’re closed while other people were walking in. I sat outside for a minute next to my car and noticed the people didn’t come back outside. I walked back in the store and was able to shop for what I needed this place is very ghetto and disorganized employees are rude. The other employees just sit there cackling, laughing and being loud and belligerent. Please do! I will never come back I rather drive to Walzem
