My mom and I got our sewing machine serviced here. We paid a little bit extra to get it done quickly because she was visiting out of town. The gentleman who helped my mom were so nice, patient, and knowledgeable. She was having trouble threading it, and they sat down with her, and did it step-by-step with her, and even let me record it. I highly recommend this place!

This place is amazing. My sewing machine and serger are working like brand new and quick turn around.

Ben is awesome with fixing sewing machines. He fixed my Brother Sewing Machine with a difficult error within couple days. He's really good with his work and work ethics. I strongly recommend him for any kind of sewing machine issues.

This place was great! I originally chose another company but they refused to tell me what it would cost to get my machine cleaned - they wouldn’t even give me a range so I would know what to expect. They wanted me to pay $20 before they would tell me! So I left and found this place and they were so nice and efficient and told me what it would cost beforehand. They finished it in 2 days and it works like a dream! Highly recommend!

My machine is more than 10 yrs old and had never been serviced. When the needle became stuck, I fretted over where to take it. I had a pair of electric pinking shears from the 70s that are awesome but didn’t cut anymore. They are fixed! Reasonable cost, great service. Just dropped my hobby lock off for service. Would recommend and definitely continue to use.

UPDATE: I brought a Hobby Lock Serger I had received in unknown condition to be serviced. As usual, the service was kind and amazingly thorough. He even took the time to show me exactly how to use my new machine. The rates are extremely reasonable. The service is always courteous, kind, and patient. I plan to bring my sewing machines up to be serviced next!

We recently purchased a sewing machine from USA Sewing Machine Repair Center. We are very happy with our choice and the assistance received here. Benjamin, the gentleman who helped us, is very friendly. He answered all of our questions. He offered several choices based on our needs, allowed us to test different machines, and provided recommendations and sewing advice.
Benjamin took the time to adjust the sewing machine to our sewing objectives (upholstery), which we greatly appreciate. He is really knowledgeable, and he shared his expertise setting us up to succeed. We really appreciate the great customer service and overall patience he displayed on our visits. Definitely recommend! I came from another shop who were charging me a higher price and it would have took 8 weeks to fix the timing with two people on staff. I came here and got serviced right away with awesome customer service! Very nice and welcoming. Only took about 4 hrs and charged a very reasonable price. As I went to pick up my machine I met Han, who serviced my machine. He was working on THREE other machines in the back, including mine, by his self. This is now my go to shop to repair my machine. Trust worthy for sure.
