USCIS, Application Support Center, Houston TX

My schedule was in Austin ASC and they rejected me twice - saying they cannot accommodate me even thou it was urgent and valid reason. The guy from austin was so rude and just told me to go to Houston. I drove all the way from Austin to Houston, same day — just to request to accommodate me earlier than my schedule. I was so tired — and got teary eyed because all the staff in Houston ASC were so nice and very approachable. The manager listens and able to explain things - but she was so nice to check how urgent my request. The process was done quickly - in 5mins my biometrics screening was complete. Again, thank you so much! 2.5 hrs drive going to Houston was all worth it. I appreciate everyone’s kindness. This is the Best ASC here in Texas! 5 stars!

Security officer was really nice and welcoming. I was like 10 minutes early to my 11: 00am appointment and by 11: 02 I was already driving out. I've been to this location several times and service seems to improve every time.

The staff was beyond helpful!
I went in at 8 as a walk in as my letter for my appointment was mistakenly put in another mailbox so by the time I got a hold of it my appointment was past due. Decided to go as a walk in, hoping and praying that I can still get my biometrics done. The guard was so helpful and understanding the front desk staff and even the agents taking the fingerprints. The area was clean. Immigration offices already make people nervous but with staff like them it helps us be more at ease.

Very friendly, fast and convenient. The people at this location is great. The security guard at the desk is well spoken and attentive, and the lady who took did the biometrics was very kind and helpful.

I have a question. The man only took the finger-prints of my right hand, and not my left hand. Is this normal procedure?

I went here 2 years ago its was fast in and out in less then 30 mins after my appointment.
But i have a questions can you take the kids with you? Im going back again so i need to know if anyone knows please let me know

Fast and efficient service. There was a wait period due to the volume of applicants, but was I do not consider it to be an inordinate amount of time.

Lady with short blonde hair is very rude I hope she gets fired. Also the manager is rude like why are you guys working there if y'all are not going to treat people with respect ugh please hire a person that with treat people nicely. I don't care is she was having a bad day, that is her job if not like it then quit.

Due to hurricane Harvey, this office will reopen Tuesday Sept 5th. Look at picture for details, says you will RECEIVE LETTER IN MAIL RESCHEDULING YOUR APPT if you were scheduled from Aug 28th through Sept 1st. I looked on the website and it said it was going to be open but its not. Hope I can save some people a trip!

The place is so hidden! When you try to go here, LOOK FOR AN AQUARIUM! It has big blue letters on it you won't miss it. The USCIS Center is right next to it. It's a tiny place, but pretty good and fast service.

Fantastic service, I arrive 1 hour before my appointment and I receive the best service, very fast and the people is so nice.
