USCIS El Paso Field Office reviews
6 “Abusive treatment of members of the military”
I am a member of the American military. I go to this office because I am not an American citizen, I speak to a nice lady in this office about my citizenship interview, She did not give me the slightest respect, Everyone works for money but especially military personnel work for the country along with money, Please learn to be nice to us.
Very friendly, me and my wife was passed the USCIS here, thank everyone for all!
Good luck everybody!
Everyone is very friendly, from the entrance where the guards and security staff assist you! Until the rest of the staff! Everything was very organized, my procedure was very fast! (Citizenship) Thank you.
Officer Maira Ramirez is the worst, she'll try to put your case in pending state by creating flags in the system against you. For e.g. She'll say you have a criminal record even if you didn't. She'll intentionally put you didn't submit enough evidence, say further review is needed when the case is straight forward.
Went to ask a question about paperwork and security gaurd wanted to help me, no thank you Night eyes employee.
Completely unprofessional and unprepared government organization. Changed appointments just one day in advance. Said they overbooked the appointments. If we couldn’t take the newer appointment, they would just shift us back in the queue and that could be more than six months. So we changed our days off of work at the USCIS’s whim. Fast forward to Naturalization-here is the date, take it or don’t naturalize. Then on the Naturalization date-show up at 8: 00AM, don’t be late. All applicants and audience were in their seats at 8: 30AM. USCIS staff within earshot on the left front of the room bragging to each other about how important they are and posturing. Meanwhile, the schedule is passed out: the ceremony doesn’t start until 10: 00AM! Everyone has to wait in their seats for an hour and a half? !? This is clearly a mismanaged office, and I attribute it to whomever is in charge of this unprofessional organization.
