Service is very slow but the location is convenient. Weekend hours are wonderful.

(Located inside Jed's) It's the closest postal place to me to mail packages and buy stamps. Service is good.

Warning! NOT the Post Office! Don’t let there name fool you. This is not a post office. If you need a postmark they CAN’T provide you with one unless you make it before 3: 00. There deceptive advertising caused my tax return to be late.

Full service USPS service inside Jeds hardware. They were even able to send packages to Guam; other places didn't know what to do. If you need a place to mail via USPS, this is a great choice. Open Sundays, too!

I had to send very important police clearance certificates to South Africa and after paying an extra $14 for tracking I am told that the tracking is only until it leaves the USA. Now my mail is missing (sent first class with registered mail) and no one can find it. I am told they need 90 days to investigate. Pathetic!
No one calls me back from USPS and no one cares. Typical government employees.

This isn't rocket science or brain surgery here I've been waiting 10 days for a package to arrive in New Mexico. Using the tracking # provided I see it has been listed as missent a couple of times and tracking says its spent days in one location then another. Specifically it keeps going back and forth between the Houston facility and North Houston facility. How hard is it to LOOK at the destination label. Heads should roll there. Does the Postmaster ever get off their executive seat. Correct this mess!
Just wish there was an option for a minus 10 rating.
