We had Kofteh Kebab and Chicken Tikka.
The order came with hot bread that was amazing. I liked the taste of Kofteh kebab more, its combination with hummus was perfect. We asked for extra grilled tomatoes and bread and they didn't charge us for that, which was nice.
Service was good.

Very good food,
Service was ok, technically you have to order everything in advance otherwise it’s a little bit hard ton find a servant.

I have been here multiple times. Food was absolutely amazing the first two times I went.

Went back with my friends recently and it didn’t live up to the mark. Pita bread was so cold and hard, Saffron rice wasn’t even warm. Zaatar and Lahmbiajin were good. Ordered Chicken and Lamb kababs as well, lamb was good but chicken was very bland.

Not sure if I can return again after such experience.

Normally, my experience here is great, my family and I come here all the time because the food is awesome, but today, our dining experience was annoying. Layla was running like crazy helping people with a smile, as normal, but Marcia was helping us and I felt like I had to chase her down for everything and she didn't seem busy at all, just absent whenever we needed anything (like utensils). The difference is so telling, and I wish Laylia could have helped us. Kinda disappointing.

My wife cooks Mediterranean cuisine, so I may be picky, but I think their food is about average. Not bad but a bit pricey.

Absolutely my favorite!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Usta Kababgy Round Rock. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was transported to the vibrant and rich culinary world of the Middle East. The restaurant's warm and inviting atmosphere instantly makes you feel at home. The traditional Moroccan decor, adorned with colorful tapestries and intricate lanterns, creates an authentic setting that enhances the dining experience. Soft Arabic music playing in the background adds a delightful touch to the ambiance.
The staff at Usta Kababgy are attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout the evening. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations and answering our questions with a genuine enthusiasm for the cuisine. Usta Kababgy boasts an extensive menu that caters to a wide range of tastes. Whether you're a fan of traditional dishes like falafel and kebabs or eager to try more adventurous options, such as stuffed grape leaves the menu has something for everyone. The vegetarian and vegan selections are also noteworthy, ensuring that diners with dietary preferences are well catered to. The highlight of the evening was, without a doubt, the exceptional quality of the food. Each dish was a symphony of flavors and textures, showcasing the chef's skill in balancing spices and ingredients. The hummus was creamy, the lamb kebabs were succulent, pastry and mint tea for dessert was the perfect sweet conclusion to the meal. Portions were generous, ensuring no one left the table hungry.

Fantastic kabobs! We loved their food, and hospitality was also nice. Very reasonable pricing for a great portion. The only downside was outside of their restaurant as the parking area (and the neighborhood in general) was kinda dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, we recommend this restaurant.

One of the best kebabs in Texas. They have recently relocated to Round Rock from Austin proper. The new location has been done with much opulence which shows through the ethnic furniture, cutlery, service dishes and wall art, very impressive and unique indeed. Sadly though the furniture and serving utensils are very restricting, and do not allow the customer to properly enjoy the excellent menu items.

We tried their mixed 1lb kebab platter, chicken kebab platter, the sojuk pide and the mint lemonade. All items were prepared fresh and served with hot pita. Yummy flavor in every bite.

We will like order to go or have it delivered to avoid the pretty but restricting furniture.

Located in one of the roughest neighbourhoods in Austin, Usta Kababgy offers affordable halal Mediterranean food. Be cautious when you come to this neighbourhood since it’s extremely dangerous. Food was delicious and service was good.
