Reference: Dr. Andrew Navetta. November 2019 was basically when my life and the life of my wife changed because of this horrible doctor. Since my surgery, RP, he killed my ability to make love with my wife, 100% ED, 100% incontinence, overweight, depression, he should not be allowed to practice. He is a destroyer of life, not a savior. He said nerve sparing, wrong. He destroyed my insides and I have proof. Since my surgery I have gone to MDAnderson and Mayo and they confirmed. Stay away from this practicing medical non-professional. He will end any kind of normal life you have.

BEWARE their billing practices. Called for up front charges as a new patient. I knew they would be expensive for a self pay cash patient. At NO time was an additional "facility fee" mentioned. At least not until I arrived for my appointment. At THAT time they REFUSED to disclose an amount for this fee and told me I would be billed at a later date. HOWEVER, Dr. DeCarlo would be unable to see me if I didn't agree to pay this UNDISCLOSED fee amount in writing. Sounds a bit like blackmail to me. Sign or no seeing the doctor for appointment made weeks in advance. Saw doctor and they made HUGE deal of paying the fees for the day's visit IN FULL at TIME OF SERVICE. I PAID! Weeks later I receive multiple bills for different amounts. One noting the doctor appointment with a different amount than what I paid and no acknowledgement of my payment made in office. The other bill was the over $220 for that previously UNDISCLOSED facility fee for the dubious "privilege" of entering their UT facility and seeing one of UT doctors. I called their billing dept and noted the amount I ALREADY paid at the doctor visit. They promised to call back. They did not. I called again today and have now been promised an itemized statement showing the additional "magic" charges never mentioned on my first call AND that were NOT requested of me on the day of the visit DESPITE them making a HUGE deal about having to pay for ALL SERVICES from that day BEFORE leaving the office. I was NOT made aware of any additional charges to be billed later other than the "hostage" undisclosed facility fee for seeing a doctor located on their premises. I get multiple bills with different amounts because of course it would make too much sense if they were to bill clearly on one bill showing all itemized charges and payments. We will see if I actually get the itemized bill promised since I never received the call back they promised. While they may get away with saying their practices are legal, in my opinion they are deceptive, onerous, bait and switch, and reprehensible considering they are dealing with people that need medical care. Non disclosure up front WHEN ASKED of fees is unacceptable. Adding fees later after telling someone they are paid in full is BAD business practice. Making someone reach out repeatedly just to get a straight answer is ridiculous. I will NEVER go back to their facility. People who would make these practices standard of business against other human beings do not deserve ANYONE's business. I truly hurt for those who are the most defenseless and vulnerable of our society that are too sick, old, or poor to stand against or say anything about such practices.
