I absolutely love the UT Surgical team and their help in helping me throughout my journey. Everybody there has had a part in my success thus far and I absolutely appreciate their piece! All pieces work so well together and I’ll be forever grateful. Thank you all for saving my life. Thanks Especially to Dr Horn for being my personal leader towards success. Your help with finding ways to make MY situation a success are nothing less than miraculous and definitely so special for your patients. Lots of love to everyone there as well. Dr. Erik Wilson and his team saved my life 3 times and changed my life for the better. I will not trust anybody else to care for me and my loved ones.

Very through and professional. After years of being misdiagnosed, he gave me proper diagnosis. My medical issues are complicated but I totally trust him

Dr. Eric Wilson and the doctors who study under a fellowship with him, are heading heels above anyone I can possibly think of. I had a very complicated situation with a previously failed bariatric procedure so I had to undo one and get a gastric bypass to solve my weight issue. Dr. Wilson's bedside manner is excellent and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my life.

However, the staff around him are anywhere from unresponsive to incompetent or at the very least uninformed. Ask them how much a surgery is, they have not a clue yet this is the business they're in. Ask them anything about the hospital Memorial Hermann and they can tell you nothing about estimates, costs but I believe they know the address.and while I understand this is not their part of the business per se, they do this for a living and they should know that people do
Ask a few hundred times a year what the associated costs are, both for the surgical side and the operational side with the hospital. I'm sure they will reply that they don't want to explain something that they're not sure about or get in hot water for quoting something incorrectly but that is not what is required. People want transparency and while I was self-pay, and could afford the operation, I do want to know whether it's 20k 30k, 40k or even 60k - they have no clue.

I consider them completely. Insensitive and uncaring as to what happens when someone leaves their office. For example, I was charged twice for the same operation when I found out the less expensive hospital was 1/8 of the cost of the other. Not quite sure, but that's what the number say. I was incredibly surprised by how inexpensive Dr. Wilson and his anesthesiologist were and I'm very grateful for that value and couldn't pay my bill fast enough as I wanted to show them. I appreciate that.

But why could they not tell me there was two memorial Hermann hospitals and one was a fraction of the cost of the medical center location. It is a really screwed up system and Kelsey-Seybold really knows how to blur the line between everything and make it a seamless operation with spectacular service and the ability to make an appointment at 1: 30 in the morning. Not to mention communicate directly with the doctor. UT physicians will barely return your phone call even if you call three to four times.

Memorial Hermann hospital had excellent care for two out of three times, terrible being the last experience. Too many things to mention.

I want to emphasize that the doctor care is not going to be beaten by anyone as this gentleman is one of the top surgeons in the world and other surgeons come to him to to perfect their craft. I'll trade that for some poor service all day long

Dr. Deborah Horn has the BEST client / patient demeanor of any of the doctors wIth whom I utiluze within or external to UT Physicians. You almost look forward to visiting the doc.

I'm not one to run to the Dr at all, and in need of a hernia repair, was referred to Dr Bajwa. Easy to talk to and explained the procedure just about step by step. Doesn't leave you in the dark.

Love this team! Dr. Erik Wilson, Connie Klien, and the entire staff are always so professional. They will sit with me for however long it takes to make sure all my questions are answered to ensure I am 100 percent confident in what’s going on. They are always so nice as soon as you walk in the door, they make you feel like family. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Todd Wilson has completely changed my life. I went from not being able to eat, having severe nausea and stomach pain, to now being peg tube free, back to work, and thriving! I owe him a lot. His nurse Sharon is great too! If you're looking for a great doctor for your surgical GI concerns, Dr. Wilson is the man to go to!

If I could give more stars I would! Excellent team and staff! Very informative and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Dr. Holihan and her team!

Excellent physicians and staff. Wait time can be a little long because they take time with each patient. The nurse practitioners and the doctors work well together. Very informative and help you through the process. Would highly recommend for general and bariatric surgery
