UT Physicians Multispecialty - The Heights, Houston TX

Terrible place to take my daughter, my baby is 6 months old and hasn't seen the pediatrician since he was 2
months. They haven't given him his vaccines because they don't have them, then they called that they couldn't attend because they didn't have a system and also because the doctor got sick they changed my appointment.

First time patient in January 2022. Quick appointment scheduled, not a long wait in the waiting room. Nurse basically did everything. Well exam, blood pressure. Urine and blood tests. Pretty simple. Well, here we are almost April and claims filed incorrectly not paid with no correction in site. Calling for weeks, no answer, all messages, totally ridiculous. Thought I found an awesome place. WRONG. No need to go there. Front desk to billing, don't know. Don't care. So sad: (
SO HARD TO GET A PERSON ON THE PHONE

I chose this clinic for more standard care. I experienced expensive and incompetent care at the Medical Village. The doctor was OK but the whole attitude of people working there didn’t convey the messages of caring, humble, and pleasant commitments

Online hours say they close at 12. Called at 11 and they’re already closed. Either don’t close early or fix your hours of operation.

This was the first time that I ever went to a UT Physicians office. It was to get treatment from the endocrinologist Dr. Marc Cillo. The staff was alert, involved, and helpful. They told me how long my wait would be, and it was short. Dr. Cillo's assistant and her trainee showed great competence and confidence in getting the health history from me that Dr. Cillo needed, weighing me, and doing an A1C test. Dr. Cillo came soon and was very thorough in getting all of the information from me about my health history and illnesses. He listened carefully to me and asked questions that helped clarify my condition. The depth of his knowledge and his right-on questions impressed me. The course of care that he explained to me, seemed correct and well-reasoned to me. I am very pleased to see that he has sent an electronic letter to my PCP, advising him of Dr. Cillo's recommendations on the course of care to be followed.

The office here is run professionally and my experience has been good over the past few years. My doctor takes the time to make sure all of my questions are answered.

The place canceled my wife appointment twice without telling us. The Chinese doctor I don't recommend she doesn't do anything other than talk from the door and leave. I switched my wife to a different doctor. They also put us on a company because of the insurance not converting the visit for like 40 bucks and I don't know how to pay the third party company because they just keep sending emails without any link to pay it.

I drove some ways to this location but it was worth it. Due to unknown area and traffic I was late to my appointment however the doctor still managed to see me. The staff were all so friendly, respectful and helpful. My doctor made me feel very understood and guided. Despite the distance I ended up staying with this location based on my experience. I would definitely recommend.

I’ve always received good service at UT Physicians but the Heights location provided exceptional care for my two kids! I left from their office feeling cared for and listened to. Love this location!

I have been coming here for 2 years the service is great. I enjoy the appointment Dr Cielo has great diabetic tips and shows compassion, he has been a great motivator and I credit him with helping me get my diabetes under control.

Came for an appointment they canceled it I was beyond pissed I made it before 15 mins of being late and they still cancelled my appointment sitting in the lobby. They always slow and have people waiting laughing around the office doctors never on set time of people appointments definitely finding a new location after today.

My 14 y/o saw Tonya Barnett today for a routine well exam. She was absolutely amazing and the most thorough doctor she has ever seen. Highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After the visit my daughter asked me if she can be her doctor forever. I cannot express the professionalism and kindness she extended to us. Sometimes going to the doctor can be scary but she made her feel so welcomed. Very grateful. If you need a pediatrician, Dr. Barnett is the one to go to?

Also, we have been going to this location for more than 5 years. On time, and very clean!

I have been a consumer of healthcare services at UT Physicians for about five years. I believe that my life will be extended because of the care and treatment provided. The doctors and staff are the best in their field of expertise.

Dr. Reem Aldalal called me in between visits to check on the effects of a medication change. When she moved her practice to the Heights, I was willing to make the thirty minute drive to continue under her care. I don’t know how anyone could be a better doctor.

They have, in my opinion, the kindest, most patient staff I have experienced. My doctor is great.she listens and advices with a smile on her face, and is patient. And the Social Worker is Fantastic

The staff is absolutely amazing, but the physician my son saw was not a good listener and was not thorough. She also didn't care about our concerns. Her name was Dr. Cavenaugh (I think that's how you spell it)

Reem Al Dallal is very caring and knowledgeable and treats her patients with the upmost care and professionalism
