Doctors are nice and professional. The 2 star rating is for the unprofessional employees that schedule appointments. If you can ever get appointments and get pass the ones that make you want to look for another doctor!
Tried to make an appointment with the front desk lady over the phone and she was very rude. I am sad about that because I love the doctors at this location.
Been going there since my son was born and he's 11 now. I take my daughter there now who is 16 months. Great staff and doctors. Very fast and effecient.
We've had great experiences for the 4-5 years that my son has gone here. We usually see Dr. Reynolds and love him, but we will see the other doctors if he's not there. We have always been able to get a same-day appointment for a sick visit, we have never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room (and it's usually closer to 5), we don't wait long in the exam room, and the whole process is efficient with friendly people.
Beware, find yourself a competent Doctor that is worried about your child's health not just running as many tests as possible just to run up the bill. After two visits in three days was assured it was viral and no medicine given, got a second opinion and my kid had the beginnings of pneumonia which was only bronchitis if I had gone to a competent physician. Shame on u, u r a shameless organization
Just went there for the first time and i really liked both Dr. Hammond and Dr. Faron. We will be taking our triplets for years to come.
