5Great doctors, Dr. Qin my oncologist is so great and compassionate and explains everything, great staff, parking can be good some days and other days not so good. I would recommend this place to everyone going through the battle.
The UT outpatient center has some of the BEST doctors, nurses and employees in the country. Even the valet and porters go above and beyond. When you combine that with the new amenities, I highly recommend this facility if you have to get treatment. Cancer is a terrible disease, but having caring individuals makes all the difference in the world.
Valet is awful! They are rude and impatient! I bring my 70+ year old grandmother for treatment and she doesn't move the fastest and requires a wheelchair to get around the facility so getting in and out of the car is a lot for her.
I've had instances where the valet driver will get out and stare me down to come over to the drivers side but I have to help her get in the car so it takes some time for me to get over. I've had instances where they will roll their eyes at me or huff and puff and just walk off.very rude! I'm trying to help her get in the car, can you give me a minute.
The most recent visit is what prompted this review.she accidentally dropped her water bottle while getting in the car and it rolled under the car. I was unable to get it and apologized to the Valet. He asked if we still wanted the bottle of water and she said no so again I apologized for the inconvenience. The valet then proceeds to tell me (while my grandmother is still trying to get in the car) that I need to move the car up NOW so he can get the water bottle.well she was still getting in car the car and I, myself, also needed to put her bags in and get in the car. I totally didn't appreciate it and neither did she.
The Valet needs to be more patient and empathic to people's situations especially because they are working at a Cancer Treatment Center!
