I was very satisfied with the service i received from everyone @ UTMB. From the time I made contact with them on the phone until I walked inside the facility I was greeted wit a warm welcome and where to go to get registered and the radiologist department. I got to my appointment at least 1.5 early. When it was time for my appointment 15 minutes had passed and the desk clerk she bought it to the attention of the technician that I had been waiting awhile. The technician did my testing and she was super great. After all that I went to the gift shop and purchased a few items and Ms lady with her soft voice was very helpful. I give you all a 10 star

My mother was in Angleton Danbury hospital last week. She was admitted on Sunday night. She had fluid on her lungs and was weak. The care was good through the week and on Wednesday I got a call saying that she was ready to go home. I told them that she was weak and was having problems walking. So when I got there she wasn't ready to go home. She couldn't get out of bed. She was weak and disoriented. I told the nurse that she shouldn't go home. She told me that the doctor released her and she had to go home. They basically kicked a 86 year old lady out of the hospital. This isn't a good way to take care of a elderly patient. I wouldn't take anyone there.

The lady that was doing my test has no compassion. She left me in the room alone. The test was over and I was still just laying there.

UTMB angleton was fantastic. The care and kindness from the time I walked in the door, through the emergency room, being admitted and general care was superb. Every nurse and doctor were great to say the least. I thank you with all of my heart.

During my visit to the emergency room in Angleton, the triage nurse (middle age Caucasian woman-approximately 35-45 yrs, 5'8,185-195 pounds-brown hair), treated My dear, unsuspecting husband with sheer contempt. This woman/nurse was extremely rude, to say the least. She had NO MANNERS, was very unkind, and 'looked' at my innocent husband, as if HE WAS A DISGUSTING BUG TO BE SQUASHED. This was pure hatred. It was so awful that I felt like crying. My husband is such a kind and caring gentleman. Never hurt a soul. Outstanding member in the community and a well rounded respectful member of society! I brought him into the emergency room to ensure his safety, and we were mistreated. Granted, My beautiful husband is of a different nationality and race, than this woman/nurse; but that gives her no right to discriminate. Such a shame. May our dear Lord, and Heavenly Father, forgive such wicked ignorance.
I pray the Healthcare systems rids themselves of people that, simply Don't care. This world needs healing.

Utmb Galvaston is ok but i would not be envolved with UTMB Angleton

gave me prescription that I was not suppose to take; I'm glad I read the label and did his job for him.also had an appointment with a GP and left after just under 30 minutes not one person talked to me to tell me they were running behind.

The office was full, the staff was so nice in apologizing for the wait. The pacemaker check went great, the technician was very nice.

People are nice doctors good but they don't want to work with people when they schedule an appointment in the am knowing full well I have to drive pretty far to get there it's unreasonable to force a 9 am appointment with no intention to work with people's drive time

I had a very great support system from the nursing staff at L&D! Everyone was so kind and knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel comfortable, and took great care of my little guy! Highly recommend!

It is simply wonderful to have skilled doctors that are on a schedule and work to consolidate appointments in order to save you travel time!

Every nurse and doctor took good care of me and they were very polite. I have heard bad things from others but my experience was amazing. Thank you UTMB for saving my life.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was extremely caring and compassionate. Everyone was excellent and a step above the rest. Everyone we were fortunate to interact with genuinely showed care for my family. I cannot fully express in words how thankful I am for each and every nurse and doctor we worked with. UTMB Angleton should feel honored to employee everyone who works in Labor and Delivery because each person was fantastic. I feel like I was cared for by family. After an unexpected longer stay, everyone was supportive and made sure I was comfortable. Truly in awe of these ladies and what they do. My family will never forget this experience and the people we have met. They will hold a special place in our hearts permanently. Thank you for a true world class experience.
