UTMB Health Dermatology, Town Center, League City TX

I can not ever get in to my Dermatologist without a 6-8 month wait. I have had an app with Dr Kelly my Dermatologist for over 6 months for Dec. I just got a call she is not going to be in and they need to reschedule. Next available April of Next year! UTMB what has happened to you? I will be switching to Methodist.

Clean facilities, timely service. No human traffic in the waiting room. Spacious beautiful waiting room. Clean bathrooms. Simply put, one of the best doctors' offices I have been to.

I bring my daughter here and everyone is friendly and we don’t wait long to be seen.

Update: this same nurse lied in my mychart visit notes section and said that my husband was standing behind me, mouthing, “I’m so sorry” at her - not true, he was to my right beside me. I called UTMB and they wanted me to jump through hoops with a bunch of paperwork to veto the notes and have them removed. I don’t trust this office at all anymore.

I’m giving a review based on three visits a total of three stars because Dr. Ross herself is great but one of her nurses is a total ***** and I will not be returning to this office.
Newsflash: if you don’t have compassion/ empathy for others then find a new profession that isn’t in the medical field.

Beautiful decor Inside. I was seen really fast. The staff is nice and the Nurse, Doctor I had.

My first appt w/ this office was something to remember. Walking up to the office I notice Chick-fil-A on the floor next to the front door. People walking out were looking at it and questioning why someone would leave a whole meal on the floor. I figured an employee ordered it and the delivery driver left it there so I took it inside for her. Just a small act of kindness but she was thankful. I just didnt want her food to be stolen! Lol. I checked in and it went smoothly, the facility itself is beautiful, spacious, and very clean. I saw Dr. Good for the first appt and I was so pleased. She was VERY understanding of my condition and I felt no judgement at all from her. She came up w/ a good plan to control my HS and keloids and i'm already seeing a difference! The next month I saw a different dr and she was great too. Very gentle on the injections and made me feel comfortable. I love the atmosphere here and how nice everyone is. I work at an urgent care so it's nice to visit another healthcare facility with genuine healthcare workers and being treated respectfully and actually listened to. This is the best dermatologist office I've had in 8 years.

I had a very good experience here. Dr Lindy Ross and her team were very knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel at ease and kept my discomfort to a minimum. Thoroughly explained my situation. I recommend Dr Ross to anyone who is apprehensive to pain
