UVC Power sports has been my dealership for my mower. They have a great parts department. The parts are equally priced with other Bad Boy dealers in the area.

From the self-stated “51% owner” to the salesman, not one person could help an upset customer.

From ‘drive by’ statements to downright un-apologetic rudeness.

Buyer Beware! Purchased a brand new Bad Boy zero turn from these guys. The purchase process was great and they delivered it to our house since we don't own a truck or trailer. The first time we mowed we had an issue with the power steering and it makes a terrible grinding, squealing noise when you turn it. We called immediately up to the service department and were told not to worry it was probably a bubble in the hydraulic fluid (something along those lines) and to just let them check it out during the first service appointment. We purchased in the winter - so had no issue waiting because we weren't really using the mower. Fast forward to now when the grass is growing quick! The mower can't stay in a straight line, makes the awful grinding noise - so we reached out to UVC service department. Told us to bring it in - well.like I mentioned before we don't have a truck or trailer. So I asked for their help in getting up there - you know since it is brand new and having issues. NOPE.but they were gracious enough to use their trailer - to use on our non existent imaginary truck and hitch. Still have the mower, still having issues, call up there consistently everyday and get no help. Maybe this review will illicit a call! Here is hoping!

Had a very good experience with this company. I purchased a Aluma 548 from them and it was a super smooth process. They gave me a great price over the phone and honored it when I came in. Plus I was in and out in about an hour and a half or so. Paperwork was done for me and I had my plate roughly 2 weeks later. The trailer itself has already been modified for my ATV and I love dealing with aluminum trailers as they make that super easy! Definitely recommend and will go back should I decide to buy that KRX 1000 I saw on the lot.

I have delt with both sales and service here. Both times were very good experiences. The service department definitely gets 5 stars after having my machine worked on by mobile mechanic.terrible idea. I took it to UVC after talking to James on the phone and when I took it in. They listened to my concerns did just what they said they would do, and now it is better than ever. After having delt with other places and having a long wait to get it done, they were fast and did a great job. When I picked it up I could not belive at how clean it was looked like it rolled off the show room floor. I will take both my machines here from now on. Great Job guys, thank you for being honest and doing an excellent Job. 5 stars

After walking around looking at the inventory on the lot, I couldn't help but notice all the American flag banners and veterans only parking and heard the owners are veterans.

I was taken back when the lead sales person told us there is no military discount on the aluminum car hauler we were there to buy.

That surprised me enough to leave. I'm going where they are not waving flags but giving 10% off to veterans. THAT is REALLY supporting vets.

Michael Bolton and Melva Smith were the best sales and finance people I have worked with. There was no pressure to buy anything and Michael was able to answer any question I asked him. I had issues trying to install a roof on my mower and called Michael for some help. He immediately went out to the lot, took about 6 pics of a roof already installed and sent them to me. That is some excellent customer service and I'd recommend them to anyone who asks.
