VA Claims Insider, Austin TX

Va insider did very little communication with me. The only positive aspect was the physiological exam which I paid for at a discount. They billed me for a standard package which should have been an elite package at a base rate which would have been a great deal for them (not me) but since they are so greedy for money, they just overlooked this discrepancy. I'm at 80% disability with 140% static disabilities combined. My mental evaluation secondary to my physical disabilities was a 100 percent which made me 100% permanent & totally disabled with special monthly compensation. The VA thought more about me than the va insider. All they look at is numbers. They don't consider your Pain and suffering like the VA do but they want half of your percentage 6x but never consider how you're going to cope with your disabilities the rest of your life.

Through the entire claim process I had support. When conducting the online application, the un-user friendly website (VA.gov) was causing frustration. My coach walked me step-by-step through the process and helped reduce my anxiety and frustration.

My coach was very knowledgeable, attentive and available. We ran into a handful of snags that were not his fault and he knew how to solve them. I would recommend Reggie to anyone that needs someone in their corner fighting for them.

My coach (we'll call him eric) kept me holding on for over 2 year's, as my texts went unanswered, I was finally contacted. It was an amazing vet, with a great team, this angel's name. Maranda. She helped more with our first two communications than the other bonehead. 2+ years wasted! Don't come looking for $$ Brian Reese thinking your getting a full amount, for sure interest will be deducted, my time (wasted), you hiring incompetence hurt you! Thank you God for Maranda!

VA Claims Insider is a SCAM. As former veterans, they should be ashamed of themselves for scamming disabled veterans. The education material is already on the internet. They do not provide education counseling. They want you to upload all of your private file to a G-drive folder where over 60 strangers have access to your social security number and all of your private medical information.

I would like to provide this review on VA Claims Insider. I was struggling where to go after getting to 70%. I had some claims to file but didn’t know quite what to do with them. I reached out to VACI and they teamed me up with Brian Rader who helped me file that claim and the turn around from start to finish on that claim was fifteen days which blew my mind and helped me go to 80%. I then reached out to them later on this year and they teamed me up with Justin Chen. I was a little leary because Justin had never been in the military but boy was I wrong. Justin knows his stuff! He guided me every step of the way to reviewing my personal statement and making sure it was right to filing a he claim. It took a little longer because it was harder but he helped me get to 90%! Thank you so much Brian Reese and all your veteran coaches for having a heart for us who have served! I will tell others about you!

VA Claims Insider provided a clear and comprehensive path for making disability claims through their tutorials, classes, and most importantly through the guidance of my dedicated Veteran Coach. I have recommended their services to neighbors and friends and am extremely pleased with their help which quickly allowed me to increase my disability benefits.

I worked with Coach Reggie on my claims. Reggie is the person you want to work with. He is insightful, courteous, always available and just full of knowledge that is super beneficial. I am really grateful to VA Claims Insider and Coach Reggie. I couldn't have done it without them. If you are on the fence about weather to use them to help you with your claim, don't be. They are with you every step of the way.

This company is taking advantage of veterans and their disabilities, by giving little direction and charging you a percentage of your disability increase based on the VA decision. Then they take money from the veteran for such services and depending on what rep you work with they will lie to you and tell you that there are no fees related to your claim. File your claims yourself so that you don’t have a money hungry company helping you that likes to screw over the very people they claim they are helping.

Couldn’t be happier with my results with VA claims insider! I’ve been stuck for many years and in just a few months I went from my 80% rating to 100%. Thank you Darrell McDonald for helping me along the way!

It has been a pleasure working with VA Claims Insider for the last few years.especially want to thank Brian Reese, Dr. John Trimble and those hard working folks behind the scenes. This journey started in 2009 and just finally culminated (with the help of VACI) in 2021 as part of the Hundo club. Very top notch, professional people.

After coming in with a 20% disability rating I had pretty much given up. I so happen to be on a social media outlet when I saw and read information on the Insiders. After a few calls and emails we got to work. It has been a blessing working with them. They put the veterans first, they are extremely professional, and they get the job done. This company is a bunch of thieves they never say what percentage will be owed until after you get your VA rating and then they take a lot of it. At 100%they want over $1000 a month for 12 month DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
