2Took our vacuum in and was assuming it would be "dead on arrival. " Not only was it fixable, but we were shown some very useful tips on serving our vacuum. We dodged a rather expensive replacement by seeking help here. Thank you very much. The kicker? I had to insist on paying something! Simple things often go a lot way, even when it wasn't much to do - it was well worth the knowledge I didn't have before. I will be back here for all our needs.
I'm new to the area and called 3 different places and Robert was the only one to call me back so he got my business, and boy I'm glad it was Vacuum Express! Robert is great! He is so nice and was able to service and clean my Shark in just 2 days! He replaced the 2 filters and the roller brush looks brand new! I'll be back every year for a full-service cleaning!
