Clean and professional. Facility was utilized for signing everyone was very nice. The facility itself was so charming and beautiful.

Been calling for months looking for information on paperwork i filed. Never get a call back or any updates. They never answer the phone. Its been over 6 months

It took almost 3 years for them to file for a case that was paid for upfront and now we are suffering the repercussions of their delay in filing. Unacceptable.

I've tried to get information on my case that I already paid for and they do not call me back or send me the documents they tell me they are going to. I don't get answers unless I'm there in person since they have to deal with me face to face.

Mr. Vale helped my daughter, then my son was appointed to his office for representation. Then I worked for him. Mr. Vale is a very kind, caring and exceptionally brilliant attorney. If you need representation from an attorney and you need the best on your side.then you need Mr. Vale. I definitely recommend him to everyone I know.

He jumped right on it! Waisted no time! Very satisfied with this company in general. His secretary kathrine is the sweetest ever! This office is so welcoming and sweet from the minute you get in and believe me you feel so relieved when you leave.
His prices are more then fair! You can tell he loves his work and he is very knowledgeable!
I made this review years ago when i was going through my divorce. Since them i have done a full child termination and a will and he helped me every step of the way making sure my daughter is 100% mine.i will go back to him and only him for as long as he is in business.

Super professional! Kathrine is such a doll! Knowledgeable! And vale is a sharks in the court! Totally worth it. Very reasonably priced. I hire for all my needs and will continue to as long as he is practicing.

Kept asking for more money for their mistakes and lost my documents multiple times, they should revolk his license

Raymond helped us with an adoption case. Very reasonable prices. He handled our case super fast, but that came several months after trying to get an update over the phone. After about 5 months of leaving messages with his receptionist and never getting a return call, my wife and I showed up in person and demanded to speak to Raymond. I informed him of how upset we were of not getting the case handled in the short time frame he said he could. We asked that he get it taken care of ASAP or that we get a refund so that we may take it business elsewhere. Within 5 days Mr. Vale had our paperwork submitted to the judge and everything was signed and sealed. We are very satisfied with Mr. Vale's work (we suspect his front desk secretary was the problem between communications). We have referred him to other family and friends for family law issues.

If I could give it a zero I would. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Long story short my husband paid about a year ago to have traffic tickets taken care of and we are still dealing with it. Matter of fact hes out of work now because of all the delays and outstanding tickets. You call and call and no one returns your call back. I've had to call courts myself to get info and status update because the office wouldn't.
One day I called to speak to the paralegal Katherine and she answered and pretended to be someone else by the name of Nicole! No one works there by the name of Nicole. The audacity and I mean how embarrassing it was clearly her and to have to pretend she's someone else to avoid the confrontation.

I am an office manager myself, and honestly the run around I am given is completely unacceptable and I would never represent a company in this manner. Constant excuses.never ending reasons why something hasn't been taken care of.

Wish me luck just called still nothing.
