All these 5 star ratings are fake and made up accounts. This place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. I moved the heck out of there.

The staff there are very rude when they answer the phone. The trash everywhere! Don’t do it! Run!

Roaches, rats, office is rarely available, office never calls back when there's an issue that needs to be addressed, neighbors blasting music at all hours, the trash bin is always overflowing.

My favorite. I reported that my dryer connecton caught fire. More than 2 days later i left work early to get things fixed. Office closed 3 hours early and I went walking the property to find maintenance.

My fire alarm was inaccurately installed. 2 AA batteries saudered inside. Office refused to tell me why it kept going off and what was wrong. I have pictures and cameras in my apartment. They had to replace the whole thing.

All residence had cars moved off the property to fix parking. My car was hit outside the gate during this time. I was told without a police report they could not help. At this time my family was home with 2 of my children sick with covid and myself.

Please I'd love to talk with someone about everything.

Y'all need to clean this place up! It's terrible, plus you guys let your residents walk around with loose pitbulls! Do better!

Absolute trash heap of an apartment complex. They keep raising their stars when someone posts a negative coment they use their staff to post with 5 star comments

This is by far one of the worst places to live in spring branch! They have an extremely bad rat and roach infestation! The lady in the front office Silvia is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional! This place is filled with drunks who roam the apartments all night. They purposely refuse to answer their phone and the only way to reach them is in person. I would never recommend living here! I’m counting down the seconds until my lease is up to move!

Honestly this apartment's are not in the best shape. I'm moving out I have found a mouse in my unit and that's disgusting.have call the office.they just don't care. Over price for the apartment's conditions.there's no parking spaces unless you pay for them. $30 dollars a month.the manager it's soo rude and uneducated.also gun shoot have been heard in the property.definitely not worth it.

The ladies in the office are awesome! Ms. Hortencia was very very helpful the #1 leasing agent I would say!
I am super happy with my unit and so excited to finish moving. Thank you Ms. Hortencia with all your help!
