Awesome customer service! The designer worked with me very well with style and price. I was in and out plus extremely happy with purpose. Dresses aren’t made cheap looking at all.

In this place I found my dream dress and with a good price and the people in this place really nice good overall

I came here to look for my XV dress and I was able to find a dress I LOVED. The workers there were absolutely amazing they were so kind and helpful. I highly recommend visiting they have something for every style.

Services at first was great until you buy it and pay for it. However everything change once they call to came back in to try it on we had an appointment at 4: 00pm and we had an awful experience we were been kicked out since we had already paid for it! Never seen us back! The owner the colored eye guy is so rude kicking us out. Without thinking about the time we had to wait not respecting the appointment time we had to the pickup the dress.

Owner of the store is very argumentative and rude I went earlier this day and looked around and he started to help me then started to have a rude costumer support tone and started to get argumentative with me and claims dresses they have are “custom and are only here” wouldn’t recommend if your not willing to argue with him.

Ray and Adi were absolutely amazing! They made our experience for prom so perfect. I would recommend this place 1000 times! They’re so accommodating for any budget and have some of the most beautiful dresses I’ve ever seen! I can’t thank them enough for helping us out!

Karim really came through for me! I bought a dress from a previous store and even after they measured me; it came back small! I was in a crunch time rush and was leaving for a wedding out of town and needed that dress! I called Karim and he had the dress in stock for me and even made it so convenient for me to get it the dress with alterations all within a day! Truly grateful for his commitment to making sure I would have the same dress in time for me and my travels! Definitely will and have already recommended him to all my friends and family! Thank you so much Karim and to your alteration crew for doing this for me!

We went shopping with my niece and familly …when we walked in to the store we knew we where at tge right place the staff is so friendly and experienced they make you feel welcomed …the styles they have to offer dont compare to any other shops in houston they are not the typicall dresses found all over Hillcroft / Harwin and Plaza americas …the dresses that Valencia coture offers are over the top and unique
