Valencia Lofts, San Antonio TX

One of the best experiences I’ve had living here, I’ve lived here for 2 years and never had any problems.
The front office staff are all so nice and are willing to help to make sure you get the best experience. I will always recommend this as a first apartment to anyone who is looking!

I lived at Valencia lofts for a little under two years and really loved it. I will miss my apartment! Thank you Dina, for always being so sweet and answering all of my questions!

Excellent place to live, excellent finishes, new property, Dina the manager, nobody gives better service than her, always so friendly and the excellent maintenance team, sometimes they are very busy but they always provide a solution, and the price is worth it

I am a new tenant and moved in with the AC not working. I have reached out to the office and they don't call back. I have been to the office and they give me the run around of when this was to be fixed. I was excited at first about moving here but now dealing with this they have ruined it for me.

Update: After the owner stated the AC would get done today. The office sent me an email saying they will try to get it done as soon as possible. Talking to Dina she states she doesn't know when it will be done. This place is horrible for business.

Honestly, I moved in not too long ago and I gotta say: the apartments themselves are really nice, my unit was a little dinged up from previous tenants but overall it’s nice and clean. The only issues holding this place back: the parking, and the office. Don’t get me wrong, Dina is amazing! She has wonderful customer service and is an absolute sweetheart, but their phones haven’t been working for a while so I can never call them:/
As for the parking: there’s plenty of visitor parking, but there doesn’t seem to be enough room for the tenants here, I almost feel like I don’t need a parking pass since I have to park all the way back in visitor parking anyway, it’s a great place to live as long as you don’t mind a walk!

Great customer service! The apartments are beautiful, the office staff has been nothing but helpful and nice to me. So glad I decided to move here.the swimming pool is awesome and the dog park is one of the biggest parks ever.

Heard nothing but bad things abt this place. They have a key to an already rented apartment for someone to go in. And didn’t care they did that. If the renter had a gun and shot the person would the office still be like oh well what do you want me to do? Trash look deep in the place before you rent here. Google it Facebook it ppl have tons of complaints about this place!

I have been living here for over a year and a half now, and I have only received great excellent customer service and communication from the front office. They are some of the nicest people you will ever meet at one of the best places you can find in San Antonio! Also has an amazing dog park for your furry friends! Highly recommend

I lived here for almost 2 years but have to move because of personal reasons and I can honestly say this is the best leasing experience Ive had to date. Move in and move out has been super efficient and convenient. The leasing office staff is always helpful and super nice. They have helped me through very process. Even once when I locked myself out and had 30 mins to get to work. I highly recommend!

Ok, I was very hesitant about renting some where else but honestly Mrs Dina at the front office at Valencia was very helpful and precise on quote's and instructions about my floor plan and how rent and late fees work. Iv now hit the year mark and really enjoy the complex wouldn't change anything but if I could. It would be great if we had reserved number parking spots spots if we have parking passes.

The most horrible place to live, everyone is rude and never gives a solution to anything, I lived there for about 2 years and they never attended, they changed management 3 times, and nobody ever knew anything, I haven't lived there for 6 months and now they reported me In my credit that I have a debt with them "supposedly for cleaning" I have photos that prove that we left the apartment impeccably clean, I made the payment to avoid having more friction with them and indeed no one ever reported that to the credit, they only become lies

I paid 6 months in advance and an auto paid went through even though I did not select for it to go through…. I called the office 5 times and they did nothing… they told me the boss would call me and nothing… they do not care about people who pay there bills… lousy service… no respect!

This area is really beautiful and protective. The price range for this apartments are just perfect for the services. The only struggle about living here is the parking space. It’s very limited and if you have multiple cars you can only get on sticker for one resident. It is also very hard at night to find parking and if there is no parking you would need to drive all the way to the end. There is only 3 guest parking spots open right in front of the lofts. I haven’t noticed any parties because of the parking issues.

I just moved in this summer and it has been a good experience. Dina always answers my questions, and Mr Adrian is a great maintenance man. If he personally can't fix it, he makes sure it gets done and keeps the grounds clean.

Great place to with affordable prices! I would highly recommend living here. They have great management, who are Nancy and Dina, they help me with any issues or concerns I have. I always feel cared for under the management here and will tell all my friends to come live here as well if they are looking for a place to live!

I've been a tenant here for over 2 yrs. I was very happy til a slight change in management but now Denna is back and im sure thing will get back in order. Ive had some issues but she's always seems to help out. Thank you Denna for being a great human being.
