If you can go anywhere else go! One of the lady's did a sloppy job! My nail polish I guess didn't get enough time to dry. I ran my fingers over them to check and it ruined it. I was hoping maybe it just needed more time to dry and I'll fix that one nail by putting some glitter over it no problem right? Throughout the week after getting them they keep getting worse and falling apart. I don't use my hands to do anything to be chipping off nail polish left and right. This is the only set in my eight years of getting acrylic nails this has never happened before. I'm just very disappointed. I just keep looking at how ugly my nails are

Got a manicure and pedicure in late July. I normally think Valencia is very professional but this was a bad experience. The manicure and pedicure overlapped and I felt very rushed. There was very little time to feel relaxed. I went with a friend and the people doing our nails kept talking to each other and made no effort to talk to us. I also understand they don’t need to but when people are talking so loud I didn’t even want to try and talk to my friend. It was overall a very uncomfortable experience. Finally, I wouldn’t care if my nails looked amazing but you can just go somewhere else for the same thing but get better service!

Initial impression was good. Everyone was very nice the inside is very nice as well. I did feel rushed when they did my manicure while I got my pedicure and it was not the most comfortable. My gel manicure the next day peeled right off without any damage to my nail itself, which has NEVER happened to me. The amount I paid for my nails to look nice for about 2 days to me is unacceptable. I will not return again. I really wanted to like this place.

We went in for a girls day with my sisters and all 3 of us walked out bleeding and extremely underwhelmed. The ladies working there seemed to not care about their work or clientele. Highly recommend not going to this salon.

I do not recommend. The gentleman who did my nails was rude. I asked for square nails and they are not what I expected. They were more rounded than anything and bulky. When I asked him to fix a nail he gave me attitude. I will not be returning

I have been coming to this salon for years and I am always happy to return! Each and every staff member has been kind and the service is top notch. I consistently recommend this place to my friends for their pampering needs! Two thumbs up from me, every time!

Came here based on the reviews and was very disappointed. I got a full set and she claimed she was doing extra work for me when there were globs of glue left under my nails, and green color left all over my skin when I have graduation pictures the same day. She also made me and my friends bleed and the nails are uneven. Worst nail experience I’ve ever had will not be coming back

I’ve been using this nail salon for over 4 years now, and they are fantastic. This nail salon is clean, and their employees are always attentive to you. They are a pretty busy spot, but each time I have walked in they quickly find a spot. My best friends and I use this spot when we all need a mani/pedi day, they cater to your experience and offer alcoholic beverages and non alcoholic beverages. I highly recommend this location.

They charge $25 for shellac nail polish on top of the $55 pedicure price. And a $15 add on fee for shellac nail polish for a shellac manicure. They even charge to shape your natural nail. I am use to paying for polish but it’s usually $5 not $25. And to charge to shape your nails is absurd.

Loved it great spa. Enjoyed the refreshments. Wanted a clear coat came out with red. Lol very convincing. My husband sat right next to me and got his feet done. It's very important we keep up with our feet. Ruby did a great job!

I went here because it was recommended and close to my house. I hadn’t gotten my nails/pedicure done in a while and wanted to feel pampered and relaxed.
If you aren’t a long time customer, then you are not treated the same.
I was rushed to pick out a color. I wasn’t offered anything to drink, while others were offered drinks. It took 3 hours to do a simple acrylic set. I kept telling the technician that I needed my nails short because of work and my request was just ignored. I kept telling the tech I needed them shorter and they were annoyed. They were all different sizes and uneven. At this point I was just tired of telling them to fix it.

My pedicure was average. I asked for one of the expensive upgrades. Pedicure was only about 20 minutes. It felt rushed. My toe nails were filed uneven and there was nail polish around my toes. At that point I had had enough. I tipped over 20% to the one that did my nails and the other who did my pedicure and was still dismissed.
My nails started lifting after 3 days and my polish on my toes started coming off after a couple of days as well.
Point being if you are a regular you will be treated well and pampered.
Not worth the money.

This was my first visit. The girl who did my mail seemed like she was in a rush, didn’t really shape or made sure my nails were even. I had to file my nails down to make them look the same and my nails look a little too thick.

Valencia exceeded my expectations! I was recommended here for a couples mani/pedi. It was my boyfriends birthday and I wanted him to feel pampered. Ana and Lucy were fast, amazing, and attentive! I made sure to make an appointment ahead of time to help make our wait time shorter. We were attended as soon as we walked in and it was the fastest service I’ve received! We were offered drinks and they were so nice! It’s the best service overall I’ve ever had and I’m so glad I took my boyfriend there for his first experience getting a mani/pedi. I’ve been coming here for years since I was in high school. I went for my birthday nails and picked what I thought was a very simple nail design. The lady who did them seemed really confident and after she was done the designs on my middle fingers weren’t that great and a few days later the polish was chipping and the acrylic was lifting around my cuticles and a crack formed on my middle finger then broke off.speaking with the manger he felt I should come in.on the phone I requested not to be with the same nail tech and went I came in there was already a weird vibe when I repeated that I didn’t want the same woman when asked again, only to get the same woman and a lady convincing me that she’s really good.when we sat down I wasn’t offered anything to drink and the original nail tech approached me asking what happened and why I broke my nail off as if it was intentional.she re-did them with the wrong acrylic color, so some of my nails are two toned.and filed part of my design off.hours later as I’m eating at home the polish is chipping off in my food. I’m not one to leave reviews or complete surveys but I’ve been coming here for years and this is my third bad experience.

The place is a descent looking place but its just a cover up. I went in for a pedicure and ordered the milk and honey pedi and the brow wax with hot towels and a nail trim. I didn't get the milk part I didn't get the massage and I didn't get the hot towels. I told the lady 3 times I wanted hot towels and to trim my nails. My pinky tow jad a long nail and was growing weird. She didn't cut them at all and literally painted over the deformed nail. Then when I told the front desk people that and I didn't get the hot towels they go ask her and she straight up lied. She told them she did use hot towels. I'm like lady please I would of known since I asked 3 times. Plus they burned my eye and didn't even offer a discount. I'll never go back to this fake place.

We are from out of state and this location was recommended to us. My nail tech was amazing. My daughter and I got the Hawaiian Delight pedicure, my mother in law got the Lavender pedicure and my husband got the cucumber pedicure. I would highly recommend this location. All the staff was nice, location was clean and overall experience was very positive!

I have been here before and was disappointed but thought i’d give it another chance.once again i am highly disappointed and so sad that i wasted the time and energy here again.my nails look nothing like i asked and look terrible.it’s sad that it’s expensive but the quality doesn’t reflect that.will not return ever.

I've had the same nail tech for as long as this place been open but has since bounced to other tech since the quality of service has changed. Furniture has been upgraded from the original due to wear and tear over the years. You'll get a better service if the establishment isn't packed, I would recommend coming in for service on weekdays rather than the weekend and if you do come in on weekends, come in early. Walk-ins are welcome but appointment is recommended. Good selections of complimentary drinks are provided.

I love two professionals at this location Hailey and Lynn. Ihave never been disappointed in the 10 months since I started. I go up to twice a month generally. These ladies look at a design found on internet and EVERY TIME do it and make it my own. #lovevalencia

This place was wonderful. Super busy. I waited 30-40 mins. The service was great. Free drinks. Jenny did my dip nails (neon) recommended glitter. My kinda girl and she did my brows. Another sweet girl did my toes with shellac. Everyone was very nice. Never rude. I was here from 3-6pm and paid $140. I gave the girls $10 each. I wish I could give more. Totally recommend!
