Valentine Travel Express, Dallas TX

I have used Valentine Travel Express for years for travel arrangements. Most of the trips were nicely done; however, there were sometimes struggles in getting responses and accurate information. As many others have experienced (I'm finding out), there was a mishap with the resort and VTE, causing me to pay an additional $800 onsite. Spoke to Tammion about it, assured me she would refund. We are a year later and the check has been in the mail 3 times; the assistant forgot to process; and finally just ignoring all calls and texts. I encourage everybody to support black businesses whenever possible, just not this one.
