Hector and Micheal offer excellent service every time my daughter and I shop here. We always look forward to seeing them.

Very disappointed in their customer service. We went to the store today to return a pair of shoes that my husband bought me a week ago because we realized the buckles on the shoes were rusted. The gentleman that took care of us today seemed to be in a hurry or simply didn’t want to take care of us. I’m 9 months pregnant and he would not even help me put the shoes on even though he could tell I was struggling. We were even going to buy another pair of shoes but he handed me the pair of shoes and then left to take care of another customer so we decided to leave. Unbelievable.customer service should be extremely important for a luxury store but it’s definitely not Valentino’s priority!

We walked in yesterday and I was helped by Michael W. He was so helpful and they had everything I wanted! I was very appreciative that they were open and an appointment was not necessary like with other stores. He even helped looking online to tell me about other Dallas shopping that was open.

Excellent customer service and a first class shopping experience. Michael W was a true professional and a gentleman.

I Purchased a backpack while on a trip in Europe, a few hours after the purchase I realized the zipper was not working properly. Brought it to this Valentino store once we came back to the United States, only to find out that Michael found it amusing that I couldn’t use my bag while on vacation. He literally laughed on my face. I ignored his comments, the bag was sent out to replace a zipper. I called the store several times to check on the bag but the very first time I called the response back to me was “well did I call you? If I don’t call you that means your bag is not ready”. Weeks went by before my bag was finally returned. I once again went back to this Valentino store to pick it up, this time there was a lady there who was even more rude than Michael was. I wanted to know where the bag was sent for repairs and if they were part of Valentino. I was told that if I wanted that I should’ve shipped it to Europe. There’s no customer service whatsoever at this place. I will not be going back to the store again.

Just left from out of Valentino in Highland Park (12/29/19 @ 12: 30 pm), Texas and the white guy (salt n pepper facial hair) that "helped" me was not very welcoming. I'm guessing it was because I was dressed down and in that store. I was the ONLY person in the store besides the security guy so I know it wasn't because of they were busy. Being pretentious does you no justice when your job is customer service. Smh jacka$$. Lol UPDATE: I called back and his name was Michael. I read the other post and needed to confirm. I wonder if the lady that had the same bad experience was black because I am too?

We entered the Valentino store in Highland Park excited to try things on and find something to purchase. The gentleman who appeared to be in charge (Michael?) could not have been less welcoming or friendly. We were interested in several dresses but two were not in the right size (he did not offer to check to see if another size could be located) and we were unsure of the fit of another. We would have welcomed his opinion on the fit of the dress and would have liked to know if alterations were an option but he chose not to speak to us or offer assistance. And the store was not busy.

We stopped to look at some handbags but after the way we were treated we just left the store. I’d like to add that we were nicely dressed but it shouldn’t really matter; you can’t judge people and how much they might wish to spend on just their clothes. But the attitude of the salesman was so horrible it completely soured us on Valentino. So we went down the street to the Fendi boutique, were treated like royalty, found beautiful pieces, and spent five figures on wonderful clothes and shoes. The staff at Valentino could (and should) take some lessons.
