Amazing staff experience, friendly, caring, and genuinely interested in how you are doing. The Dr's are wonderful and have relieved so much of my daily pain. 100% recommend going!

Really wanted to give them a try but unfortunately when you do the $49 online offer they only have 6pm on Tuesday or 1pm on Thursday to talk about your XRays and get you into their program. Unfortunately I am at work during those times and cannot leave. I asked about coming during the mornings if possible but everything got denied. Everybody is as friendly and welcoming but this whole $49 package is confusing.

I started my journey with Valeo in the hopes of having some kind of help with bowel movements. For as long as I can remember I have had issues with going to the bathroom. From suppositories as a kid, chronic stomach cramping followed by diarrhea as a teenager/ young adult to chronic constipation as and adult. I’ve gone through months of having to take laxatives just to go to the bathroom. Not sure if this was connected to the gut issues but I also suffered from awful lower back pain, as if something would get stuck every now and then. The only way I found to fix it was to lay just right on my bed, cross my ankles and push my hips forward. Most of the time you would hear a deep pop and I would have instant relief! But it would always come back. After some time spent at Valeo (even through a nine month pregnancy) my gut has completely changed! I go to the bathroom EVERYDAY! And I no long get that “stuck” back pain! I am so very grateful for Dr Alex, Dr Haley and the entire crew at Valeo. They create such a warm welcoming atmosphere and are extremely knowledgeable! I trust them so much and learned so much about the affects that giving birth has on a newborn that I knew I wanted to take my sweet Camila to them as soon as possible! Camila had silent reflux and every time I laid her on her back she would get hiccups, gag and swallow her spit up. Which in turn caused fussiness. The first month of her life she slept on my chest and was not a good napper unless she was held, which made for a very tired mama. After Camilas first visit she napped in her swing (which she had never done before) for 3 hours! And after a few visits the reflux began to disappear and the fussiness was gone! I will continue to take Camila to Valeo to keep up with her growing body and support her immune system! Thank you Valeo for quite literally changing my life and for the wonderful care you are giving to my precious little one!

I had been active in sports all my life and was hoping to remain active when I retired last year. I had done several marathons but the past five years I’ve given up on running due to chronic back pain. Over a year ago I started going to Valeo Chiropractic and have seen a gradual improvement. My routine of exercising and playing pickle ball eventually became painless. To my surprise I recently started running again. Never thought that was possible since I was convinced it’s something I had to give up in my retirement. I absolutely love this clinic and all the staff. The clinic runs like a well-oiled machine. The staff is super friendly and caring. They use current diagnostic tools to understand where they need to focus and put a plan in place to treat your whole body to bring you into a homeostatic state. I also love that you can be treated by both doctors which provides flexibility in scheduling. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their health.

I'm an active individual who struggled with chronic lower back pain for several years before starting regular chiropractic care. I rarely battle the issue now that I receive regular treatment from Valeo. Dr. Alex and Dr. Haley care deeply about their patients and the ladies on staff are very friendly. I was transferred to Valeo Chiropractic in April 2022 upon relocating to Texas from California. We were in a car accident in Nov 2021 that affected my back and neck with bulging discs. My pain journey has been a grueling one with excruciating headaches and inability to sleep more than 3 hours a night or move freely as prior to the accident. Within a few visits to Valeo, Dr. Alex & Dr. Haley had my headaches under control and getting at least 6 hours of sleep a night! My headaches were daily and I have only had a few flare ups over the last few months that were quickly addressed. My journey is still progressing as these types of injuries take time but my quality of life has been greatly impacted due to these wonderful people in my life! I feel like there is hope and with their continued care I will get to the other side of this in the future. I didn't find a new chiropractic office, we found a family of people that genuinely care for us both individually in our personal lives and accomplishments as well as our health care goals. My husband is also a patient weekly and was able to achieve his goals of arm movement after the first visit! Thank you Valeo for all you do to make a difference in our lives and this community! Valeo has changed our family’s lives in more ways than one. My husband began going about 2 years ago for chronic pain from a severe back injury he suffered on active duty. After years of disappointing news and painful treatments, he finally turned to Chiropractic care but was a bit skeptical. Those who suffer from chronic pain of any kind know how physically and mentally draining it is. After one visit with Dr. Alex and the Valeo team, he called me and was exuding gratitude, hope, and relief. One visit changed the course of the rest of his life. He has been going regularly ever since and feels better than he thought was possible. Our whole family began its journey with Valeo that day, as my newborn daughter and I shortly began going as well. As a new stay at home mom, going to Valeo was a beam of light in my week that I looked forward to and counted on. The Valeo team made me and my young daughter feel so comfortable and welcome. Each adjustment cared for tired body and lifted my soul. We are so grateful to the Valeo team for caring for us as people first and patients second.

Dr. Alex and her team are phenomenal. I have seen tremendous improvement over the past few years and wholeheartedly trust them with my wife's care as well as mine.

I came to Valeo last March in terrible pain with my neck. I had no range of motion and previously had 3 ablations on my neck trying to alleviate the pain. My daughter found Valeo and was going to them for her medical issues. She called me and said that I needed to go and have a consultation to see if they could help me. I made an appointment and the minute I stepped in the door and talked with them, had a scan and evaluation. I really felt that Drs. Alex and Haley could help me. I was taking 8 Acetaminophen a day just to keep pain under control. It was especially hard when I played cards to be comfortable sitting for any length of time. I started on the program at Valeo and gradually my range of motion improved and the pain lessened. I started reducing the number of pain pills I was taking and believe it or not I have not taken one Acetaminophen since the week before Christmas! I am pain free, I do not have complete range of motion and I know I probably never will, but I can drive my car and do anything that I want to do. I will continue with my “Family” at Valeo forever! Not only the doctors but the staff are so exceptional. Speaking of the staff, the same great ladies have been there since I began my treatment. This speaks volumes when employees stay with a practice. I have been to many chiropractors over the years but none that use the technique and have a master plan to help you get better. It would definitely be worth your while to check them out, have a consultation to see what they are all about!

I started seeing Dr Alex in 2019 and in the last 3 years her and her team have walked with me in a different seasons of life. When I first started seeing Dr Alex I was doing NPC bikini bodybuilding competitions. With that I was working out 6 days a week and so my body needed to be aligned and functioning at its best so I could perform my lifts and compete at my shows at my best. My boyfriend, now husband, was having some pretty bad back issues and I told him that he needed to go see Dr Alex and he isn’t the type to enjoy going to the doctor and he really loves seeing Dr Alex as well as the improvements that have been made over the last few years. Then at the end of 2021 I found out I was pregnant and so Dr Alex and her team walked with me throughout all of my pregnancy, a few days before I gave birth to our son I was seeing Dr Alex making sure my body was ready to endure labor and delivery. Our son Malachi saw Dr Alex when he was 3 days old to get his first adjustment and he has been seeing her ever since and he is 4mo old. Needless to say we love Dr Alex and the Valeo team and getting adjusted has been a huge help in our family.

AMAZING! The team is great and efficient. I was nervous about seeing a chiropractor and since my first visit with Dr. Alex and Dr. Haleigh along with the rest of the team, that nervousness went away. They give a thorough explanation of diagnostic results and plan of care. The best part of all of this is that their technique works without putting you into a pretzel.

We have had the best experience with Valeo Chiropractic. Dr. Alex and Dr. Haley are amazing and so invested in our sons health. We are incredibly grateful for them.
