They have hemmed several things for me and done quality work. Fair prices. I referred an Aunt who had an expensive gown altered for a wedding and she too was very pleased with price and quality.

I regularly take items to this shop for alterations. I took my wedding dress 2 years ago and they did a wonderful job taking it from a 22, because I could not find a dress in town that fit so I ordered online larger then needed, to a 14. It fit beautifully. I've taken many pants to have the waist cinched in & Hem adjusted, many shirts had the caller altered as well as long sleeves made into short sleeves. I have never had a bad experience, the ladies that work in the shop are always very courteous and kind, they do a great job with their alterations. I recommend them to anyone I come across that needs alterations done. Price is very fair.

One helpful hint: this shop is cash only no exceptions. I'm not complaining, it's just helpful to know ahead of time. Thank you Valerie Jose!

I used Valeria Jose for my wedding dress alterations. She did a great job. The price wasn’t too bad and the turn around was quick. It was a total of $205 for hemming the bottom, taking it in, adding a bustle and adding sleeves. I went in on 9/11 and got it back 10/9 which is the exact date she said it’d be ready.

Does a great job at alterations. Have used her for hemming pants, making long sleeved shirts into 3/4 length, replacing jean button, coat zipper, and various other repairs. Never had an issue, and it was ready within the time frame she said it would be. No longer takes debit/credit cards though, so must have cash!

Had a zipper replaced in a pair of jeans here. She was faster than anyone else I called, which was what I needed since I needed them for a last minute trip. Great quality work. I even recommended her to a friend who needed a zipper replaced in her favorite jacket. My friend was very happy with her work as well. I will be using her again.

My wife and I have been using her since 2015. She did both my wife’s dress and my suit and we were very happy with her results. There’s nothing more you could ask for. She does exactly what you want, does it very well, does it cheap, and does it quickly (typically a week, but she tells you exactly when it will be done). She’s taken care of all my expensive clothing and we really appreciate the work.

Reasonable prices and great work. Went there two years in a row for fitting my daughter's prom dresses. Super affordable compared to Connie's Alterations: (I was quoted $72 for a prom dress alteration where Valeria quoted me about $44.50 to do the same thing! On the same dress! She did a wonderful job, so of course I went back again the next year's prom season to have a dress fitted down a little for my daughter. Was so happy, esp for quality and price and Valeria, a sweet woman, giving Great customer service each time. I Highly recommend her. She's right there at 34th and Bell. Her front door faces 34th street though. Call her for directions or quotes on price if you need to.
