Valero, El Paso TX

I was trying to get gas from Sam's Club when an old woman in her equally old truck cut me off when trying to get in line. Since it was my birthday, I paid 40 cents per gallon more to fill my 8 gallon tank. Some times, life is too short to be around hateful irritating people who think that being mean is the answer. I took the stress out of a unnecessarily nasty situation and threw away about $3. So paying more for gas next door to Sam's Club worked out for me. I hope she enjoyed her 30 minute wait.

The worst ever.the clerks were rude they wouldn't check a price on just some simple headphones couldn't get in the cage for the headphones then I asked for a cup of ice he tried to charge me for that because he said the ice machine was broken and they were selling ice I'm guessing I don't know but they had ice the worst customer service ever at this freaking Valero don't ever stop here

Don’t botherasking them basic questions like “Do y’all accept PayPal”. They’ll answer yes and have no clue what you’re talking about. Called ahead of time and still had my time wasted

Tried to pay cash for gas. Some lady said she can't take my $50 bill because I didn't have a mask. My man went in with a mask after me, same pump to pay for gas. No mention of my money. I want my money returned as soon as possible from these thieves!

All the pumps are BROKEN couldn’t even fill up tonight. Everytime I go they get worse and worse also does not seem like they’re going to be fixed anytime soon, literally the worse gas station in El Paso

Very rude lady at front desk, I was there today around 10 I just got a coffee, after that I ask the lady for a lottery ticket and she got upset, she told to ask for everything at once bla bla bla she looks real unhappy with life

Woman that was working 8/24 7: 30 was very rude when I did not understand her under her mask. She went out of her way to act as if I did not know how to use the gas pump when it told me to see cashier.
