Valero, San Antonio TX

Went in to use the bathroom on July 4 2021 around 11: 30am … the bathrooms were so disgusting…. There were at least five people working. Definitely have to think twice about going to that Valero again.

This is one of the worst stores I've been to, they have up to 5 people working at times and only 1 at the register for customers.

Clean store, and mostly friendly staff. The biggest complaint I have is the wait. Nearly Everytime I come to this store there is a line of about 10 customers waiting to be checked out, with one cashier. In the meantime I'm seeing the store manager and other employees standing around stocking shelves and talking to vendors. I have worked in customer service for years, and I was always told the customers come first. Guess that s no longer the case.

Closes every night around midnight. Idk what they are doing but i don’t understand how its ok to close at that time when theres plenty of business that will now have to go to the seven eleven across the street instead. Like why not wait till 2-3 when its super slow?

I swing by here about 4: 45 am everyday for my morning protein shake and energy drink. As of about a month ago this place has had a sign on the door almost every morning saying that the store is closed. I thought Valero was open 24 hours.

I always stop to get gas at Valero's are maybe a cup of coffee some snacks great place for the little things you might need.

E85 pump at 7 has been broken for a while. The lock keeps disengaging and if you hold the pump it won't dispense anything even if tank is almost empty. Been like this four times I've tried with different cars. Pump 9 has broken buttons. Can't select the yes or no for debit card question.

The rest room was not clean the trash was all over the rest room and the employee was not nice at all and the store was not clean

This is where you go to get gas. That's it's only function for existing and it does a good job at it.

There breakfast tacos are good and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, they seem to only employ one cashier at peak hour times and their credit card machine is always down. Its always nice to stand in line for 7-10 minutes, just to find out their card machine is down.

This is one of the better equipped Valero locations in the city and that's saying something because there are ALOT! The location couldn't be any better with it's proximity to UTSA and IH-10. The store is always clean, well lit, and it never feels like its unsafe regardless of time of day. In my days of UTSA pool parties and floating the river this was the go to spot. Great store gonna miss Valeros when I move to Washington.

The pump continued to charge my card after I had stopped pumping gas almost up to a whole dollar. Will be keeping an eye on my bank account to make sure no more is taken out. This is the first time I have ever had an issue at a valero, and hopefully the last because I do like the gas stations more than any of the others.

Easy access location. Clean restroom. Choices of hot and fresh coffee. Tasty taco and they also have donuts here. It's very convenience to stop by for gas or a little stop after a long drive. It's easy to get in and out of the station. The staffs are friendly and serve quickly. Last but not least about this gas station, Subway is just located by the side.

Recently the service has gone down, and i’m pretty sure there are cleaner bathrooms in downtown Baghdad.

Wouldn't accept the company card to pay for gas for my company vehicle. So if you're just paying with a regular card or cash you won't have the problems I had.
