Valley Day & Night Clinic-Laredo

Went for a check up and had to wait for almost two hours even though it was literally just me when I arrived. Then for the checkup they just told me to keep at it with over the counter medics and got me out of their office in 5 mins. I don’t understand the urgency to get me out so soon and the attitude that they have. I’ve been coming here for years but after today not anymore.

The wait and the service are terrible, in my opinion I do not recommend it if you are going to have a Dot medical, they do not even know what they are doing, they are not organized and the doctors are not on the same page. Don't waste your money look for a better option.

Worst place ever Said my sugar was at 1000 and then said for 247 dollars more we can do a blood test Called my bother in law who is a doctor and he said I'd be in a coma lol Doctor never came in room not once. That place is a scam turned them in to the medical board and called my lawyer

Ok I’ve seen a lot of low stars here, but I’m assuming as patients, but as an employee I loved working here! I worked here for 5 years straight out of high school I loved my co workers & my boss Shelia! The staff loved me as well as my team I haven’t worked there in 5-7 years but I always loved the way I was treated! The patients were rude as hell, but oh well haha

Complete lack of attentiveness to the customer. Overstaffed and yet wait times are ridiculously long. No follow up, Not a care in the world for the patients waiting.

I been coming here for years. Always professional. Great nurses and staff.the wait is long but understandable there are other people who been waiting before me. Lucky enough to always get Francisco Estrada. Great man and physician

I'm an OTR truck driver who needed a refill on bp meds. Most clinics will overcharge and give you the run around, but the staff here is very amenable. The cost is affordable. Best part is I left with my prescription. They even have a service for those without insurance that lessens the cost per visit. And they are open till 10pm most nights. I don't see a need to go anywhere else in Laredo. Thanks guys. Y'all are literally life savers. FYI Bring your pill bottle with you.

I guess walk-ins are treated at the very end. Been here almost 2 hours waiting for my son to be seen. Jesus Christ. My son still has a persistent cough that the doctor could not tell me what it is. Prescribed the same amoxicillin and allergy meds. Definitely do not recommend.
