Everybody is friendly and professional. Any problems, if any, are immediately responded to either by Robin or one of the staff. Wait time is minimal. When my orthopedic dr recommend Valley Healing hands I had never heard of this place. I arrived for my first assessment. The Dr checked me well. When he was done I was sent with a PT assist named Josh. He worked my ankle which is what I was there to rehab. Everything went well and I was given a schedule for 9 sessions. Next session I went in and was greeted by most of the staff. After the exercise I was meet up with PT Assistant named Bianca. She worked my ankle very well. She also gave it a massage and explained some stretches I could do at home. All the sessions were very nice, professional, caring, and the staff was awesome! I feel more mobility and less tightness after the sessions I took. Thanks to everyone at Valley Healing Hands!
