I have been a 30 year customer of Genie Car Wash, tice a month. Now closed. This place is great.highly recommend.

Reasonably priced and prompt service. But they were out of smelly things. Oh well, maybe next time.

The manager is rude. They don't do what they say they are going to. I won't ever go there and recommend no one else to go as the manager is rude and very disrespectful.

Mrs. Sietzer here. Love this place! Keep the price reasonable and you'll have a bumper crop of customers! Don't forget to vacuum out your car and wipe in down with the pre moistened towels they provide;)

Spent 40 and doesn't even look like they wiped anything down. There's so many missed spots. Cleary was a rush job. I literally sat there over and hr and to add insult to injury I tipped 20.
Lol. I wish I would have took the time to look bc they was wrong for how my car was looking. All I can do is laugh.

No pricing on website and when you try to call to find out any information you can't get a hold of anyone

These guys always do a great job! And where else can you get a car wash for $12.00 and they wipe it down and shine your wheels and tires?

Had my car washed and vacuumed last weekend. The price was on the cheap side, so I wasn't expecting much. I was wrong, they went way overboard.couldn't be be happier.

I am very impressed with this business.everyone was very friendly, went out of their way to help me and did an excellent job! I would recommend everyone visit this business and enjoy the same wonderful experience I did!

The communication is poor regarding hours and service. The website says closing time is 6pm and it has not been updated. I asked for the most basic in and out wash which interior and exterior that they had to offer. The manager thought in and out does not include interior vacuuming even though that was clarified during a conversation.

Paid for an Ultimate wash and instead, I got the guy to simply look at me and keep on doing what they were doing as I waited to have my car dried off and wheels cleaned. No, "Hey, I'll be with you in a minute. " He looked at me a few times and kept on going. Waited and waited and got nothing. Totally understand they were working on an auto detail, but no communication is poor service. I come here for the towel dry and wheel cleaning, because who likes hard water stains on their new car? Any other drive thru car wash can provide no communication at a much cheaper cost.

I always enjoy the service at this location. It's great that, depending on what you purchase, it also includes hand drying to help our car look nice when it's done. It's a plus now they offer monthly membership plans, so we can go as often as we want and pay one price.

One of your employees broke a plastic flap in the back of my vehicle and still not taking responsibility for it.if you paid someone to do a job and they broke YOUR property or if a customer broke a vacuum at your business you'd expect them to pay for the damages right is right and this is wrong and dishonest.the employee that broke it didn't even attempt to make it look like it wasn't broke he just threw it ontop of where it goes.didn't even try to hide it but then denies it. I'm not going to let this go until this wrong is made right

The service today was horrible half prepared car before entering wash. Once out the bay my car set waiting for someone to dry off water spots half dried I've used this car wash many times but today was total waste of my 11.99

Can get a good detail for fair price, and they also give your vehicle a little scrub down before entering the automatic wash on the cheapest wash.

Not worth the price. Didn't do a great job cleaning inside my car. Would have been better off at one of the car washes with free vacuum. Would not go back again.

I have loved this car wash for years! But after today, I’ll never return. I paid for the ultimate wash. My car is still dirty and the gentleman who dried my vehicle scratched the hood of my car. The vehicle in front of me was washed very well prior to entering the tunnel. I expected the same however, I got a dried mop run over my car and a little spray of water before entering the tunnel. A waste of time and money and I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this establishment.

Worthless! Kid/manager in his house slippers couldn't even find someone to wash my truck at 10am on a Saturday. Don't know how you run a business like that.

I've come here for years every week to wash my vehicle! Way back since the place was called Donavans. Everytime I'm greeted with a smile and at this point they know my specific wash and wafer scent! That's what I love, they know me by name and have taken good care of my vehicles over the years. 5 star experience everytime.
