Valley Mills Vineyards

This is the best winery you will find in this area, probably in all of Texas. Highly recommend tasting and make sure it's with Jenny, super friendly and very knowledgeable. A+

Valerie was so sweet and conversational. We all truly enjoyed her during our trip to the winery. She fit right in with our girls weekend and was super knowledgeable! Such an amazing experience.

We just recently joined and this was our first trip back. Marissa was who helped us this weekend, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She definitely enhanced the experience. As far as the winery goes we never knew we had such a great winery escape right in our backyard. This place is beautiful and their wine is fantastic. We have been going to Fredericksburg for years, and Valley Mills Winery is no slouch by comparison.

If you are in the Waco area and have a true appreciation for viticulture then this winery is definitely a must! I had a chance to meet Joey, one of the wine makers, who truly understands what it takes to make a great wine from both estate grown and Texas high plains sourced grapes. Their Tempranillo expression and Zephyr blend are spot on and should not be missed.

Such a beautiful vineyard! We did a reserve tasting with Valerie and she was absolutely fantastic! She picked out excellent wines for us to taste and was incredibly knowledgeable about each one. Would recommend.

It was a hot day, but nice and breezy on the patio. The service was friendly and prompt. Amazing view. They were kind kind to my dog and gave her a big bowl of water. Great view.

I enjoyed a tour and wine tasting with Valerie at Valley Mills Vineyards! She was knowledgeable of every wine and made the entire experience so fun with her bubbly personal touch to the presentation.
Book Ubers in advance or they have a car service they recommend- wait time was still fun as we ordered more wine and had a gorgeous view!

Highly recommend! Beautiful view and amazing service. Valerie was our tour guide and host for me and my friend. We went for a birthday outing! Valerie did a great job and was very informative with our wine tour! This was my first wine tour so I learned a lot. She offered information that is usually questioned by others. There was no rush to get inside even in the hot Texas heat! She happily took pictures of us outside and inside. Even though it’s a workout, I absolutely love the stairs coming in from the gorgeous double doors downstairs! Very spacious with tables inside and outside. They also offer bread & charcuterie boards to go along with your wine! The bread is delicious so we did an order of it by itself after our board. We both purchased bottles to bring home and we will be returning soon!
