This store is ridiculous I will never come back here Eddie your store is ran ro dust over they need your help badly

If I could leave a negative star review, I would give -5. Previous management always kept everything organized and fair. We have been going here for years and never had any issues until recently. Instead of giving separate pawn tickets for individual items (let’s say you pawn more than one item), they give you everything all on one ticket. You think that’d make it easier and more organized, but it doesn’t. Nothing is labeled or states what item is what. Instead of printing out the last day of grace, they have the bright idea of writing out the pull date in highlighter. All of this combined has caused so much confusion for us when we pawn things. We have gone in to extend items and they have put it towards the wrong items, causing our items to be pulled and sold. Not one item, not two, but four different items. This has never happened or been an issue until recently. We have had multiple items in pawn at once several times and this has never happened until the new management and employees came into play. No help is offered and we are made to pay to put things back in pawn and have to dig through OUR games to find what they put out to sell because of their mistakes. Just went in today to extend an item and found out they lost two more of my electronic devices once again. This store is a joke and no longer organized and handles things professionally. Never doing business here again once we are done with current items in pawn, permitting they don’t screw that up as well! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

I have been a customer for years and they have always been friendly and helpful. They have always treating me like family and i wont go anywhere else.

Worst pawn shop ever! Everything is over priced don't even want to work out a deal for the over priced items nothing but CROOKS there!

They priorities are greed and profit.
Comparing this pawnshop to many other pawnshops, this guys are out of their minds. Prices are higher. Employees are unpredictable but in defensive mode most of the time. (Let's say sweet and sour.)
Can be polite and then turned into something else for no reason at all. It seems they think everybody is in great need, fear or desperation so they can even make you wait longer like testing you and see how bad can they tear you apart with ridiculous offers. This issue happens specially when they are interested in your items.
I think Valu + pawn is under sort kind of Wall Street hungry money philosophy. Their greed goes beyond reasonable standards.
I'm not exaggerating. You may see it for yourself but take my advice: prepare yourself with something that can bring you back to your happy, cool and normal life again once you come out that place.
Warning: if you suffer respiratory, heart, etc problems, please, don't go!

First off the past 3 pairs of Jordan's I bought from this place were fake I paid over 300 dollars for them and when I tried pawning them back they would say did I get them there once i had all the paperwork for them.then they rip you off with the loans.there suppose to give u atleast half what u pay.i even told them the shoes were fake they still pulled my loan and sold them to someone else full price.basically everything I have ever bought there and pawned back i lost because of the way they just trying to come up on ppl.i know it's a buisness but have some kind of loyalty for your returning customers that's how u keep your money coming in.and keep the costumer happy.once i get the rest of my stuff out if they don't try and rip me off for that too.im never going back oh and who can I talk to about getting my money back for these fake.shoes.not right they say you get what u pay for well im spending good money to get real shoes not flea market shoes.lol watch what yall buy at valu pawn.might not be what u think.

I enjoy shopping here. Return every time as a happy costumer even when they are swampped with people I still get help in a timely manner and really like that everything is organized and priced UNLIKE other pawnshop that have small stickers and i have to keep asking prices for amps cause they stack em on top of each other

The worst I bout a mixtrack pro dj table and no warranty no exchange they know what they sell is piece a crap the volume faders don't work didn't even have no one that can test it now I did end up paying more fixing it DON'T BUY AT THIS PLACE THE WORST!

Horrible service, took 30 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. Tried to to get several employee's attention but they just walked past me. Almost every item in the store is either broken or doesn't have all parts needed for operation. The absolute worst pawn shop I have ever visited, I personally will not be going back.

I called ahead of time, traveled 13 miles to this location, chose not too walking in when the guy was coming out, because their security with doors, and was denied service, but they allowed the woman behind me, and then said she was on time, horrible customer service

Just to be fair all pawn have their own issues either employees or merchandise that is not great. But at the end is the customer who have to make informed purchases. I been satisfied with my experience in this particular pawn. Have encountered excellent electronics and more at a fantastic price it's not their fault some people got bad taste and is lazy to do their homework about what they are looking for.
