12Horrible customer service is an understatement.don't waste your time here. I guess the only facet of their business that they care about is the pain and loan part. Spent 15 minutes waiting at a counter to ask about purchasing an item and no one even acknowledged me. Management please don't bother replying to this review. I won't be back to ANY of your locations.
Don't buy anything from Valu-Pawn. It was my fault for trusting the manager. A chain saw I bought does not run good after he said it did. He ran it at the store but it ran out of fuel and he was sure it was good. I called to ask about returning it. The manager said they don't do warrant or returns. He won't to buy it back for about half what I paid. Again never buy anything from this store.
This pawn shop is severely overpriced on everything that they sell. But if you come in trying to sell jewelry especially gold they try to buy it for one third of what scrap gold price is. Even if it's a complete unblemished piece of jewelry. Then they turn around and sell it at 800% to 1000% profit. I used to purchase from this pawn shop but after today's experience I wouldn't recommend anyone shop there or sell there.
Worst pawn shop in Texas all they want is a certain name they suck on prices don't waist time here please let's run them out of business
They are fair in the loan prices. They have high prices to buy but usually have great sales as well.
Took my lawn mower into this location for pawn. Go back to pick it up and its broken. Problem is, l get home to use it and to my surprise, it's broken. Check your items before you leave. Shop says it's nothing they can do. Smh
The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. Ana halped me out and explained how the interest works. Would definitely use them again if I have too.
Crystal is the Most Rudest Manager! And I swear if you're not her friend, family or even a mere acquaintance she Won't help you at all! I've never in My Life been looked down on like she looks down on people when they come in the store! And this isn't just one time this is every time I've been in there! Even her phone etiquette is poor!
Really no stars bc their website states that it is open at 10am but store displays 11am and they won't honor their own website so please I ask that no one honors their store for any needs or wants. Spoke with opening manager on june 5th 2016 and she was very ugly over the phone with a customer or guest. SORRY BUT IN SUPPLY AND DEMAND MARKET THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT WHERE I COME FROM. THEIR BUISNESS ETHICS R TRASH!
I walked in looked around for a flat screen got no help at all, wanted to purchase a 65 in tv they ignored me.
Was great.the staff took good interest in helping me with what i eas looking for. And i got a great deal. Will be coming back, you can bet on that!
Just learned i could only get half my money back for a computer that had a virus so if you havent bought from them yet dont
