Great old fashioned style service. The guys working there are very knowledgeable and we were in and out of there very fast!

Overall great service, went in for an oil change and an state inspection. My third break light was out and looked like it needed to be replaced but during the replacement process the guy got the light working and told me it didn't need to be changed after all. Seemed like it could have been a family team they were nice, and quick. If any comment I would say I would have liked to have made the decision of putting the max life high mileage upgrade oil before it was assumed, but in the end it was the correct assumption.

I’ve been a customer of this business for 4 years from OLF to inspections. I’ve brought all of my family’s vehicles here. Suddenly today a kid and a manager told me they could not pass my 1500 mile car. After 3 years of passing inspections at this location they say the TX legal windows are two dark. I ask for the manager, politely complained, and ask if should take my business elsewhere. He said “well I was going to do it but you have threatened to go somewhere else now”. So I left and went 5 minutes up the street for my inspection. My families vehicles will now be taken elsewhere. People turn their businesses over to idiots and let them run off long term customers unsupervised. Sad!

This was the worst experience I have ever had went in for an oil change the entire drivers side of my truck was sprayed with oil, the tech tried to tell me it was water then said the manager would have to make the call.
Said where is the manager he told she was on break in waiting area where I had to go and get her. She then was well what do you want from me i said to get it cleaned. Which she finally did but did not know what to do on the inside which the window was down at their request. No offer of anything for the inconvenience. Needless to say but I will never be back and or recommend this place

3 times over last 2 years to do inspections. All 3 times their inspector was out for the day or on a 3 hour lunch break. They should probably close up shop if they don't want customers.

They do state inspections and open at 7: 30am. Arrived at 8am to a dude with a severe attitude telling me his inspector arrives at 10am. Not a big deal but you could act like you want me to come back or appreciate my business.

Update: Was super fast and friendly. Got and oil change done in like 15 minutes, where I was informed about a lump on my front tire sidewall, that i was previously unaware of. Car inspection took like five minutes.

This place did my car inspection and fixed a bulb that went out. Super fast, very friendly. Highly recommend this place for oil change and state inspection!

These guys are my favorite. Always super fast with no wait. Super nice and genuine people that aren’t pushy for upsales at all.

Quick, convenient and friendly. They do inspections, including trailers, pool changes and light maintenance. I suggest arriving when they open in the mornings. Many afternoons have a multi vehicle line.

This place never has a state inspector at the shop. My husband has tried multiple times & they kept telling him to come back on another day, but the inspector was never there. I have tried myself getting my inspection & the guy was very rude and proceeded to yell at me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Been coming here for years. Sometimes for an oil change and sometimes for an inspection. The manager has been at this location the entire time. Valvoline must be doing something right. To keep an amazing employee this long, especially in the times we are in is not easy. Thank you for the amazing service and quality work Team Valvoline!

Stopped to get vehicle inspected! Everything went good on inspection! Operator at Express Care put wrong vehicle on inspection sheet! Went to DMV to get registration updated and it was a no go because paperwork was wrong! Had to go back to Express Care to get correct paperwork reissued! This was very time consuming and once again maintenance shops not paying attention to what there doing! I was highly disappointed!

Poor customer service. I took my travel trailer to get inspection and they had me waiting for over 30 minutes and were servicing other cars.they never got to me

They are usually really awesome, but this day I went in on a Sunday to get an inspection done and there was a car in the bay getting an oil change and a car waiting in front of me. After they finished the car in front of me they came and asked what I needed and he said well let me find out what the car behind you wants because we do oil cha he's first so it will be more of a wait. They wanted an oil change and he said at least a 30 to 45 minute longer for me to wait when it would have taken them 10 minutes to do an inspection. Was not happy. I left.
