Each location I visit is very quick. I love the option of staying in my vehicle while the oil & inspection are completed. For tire rotation, the staff have set up a shady spot outdoors for customers to wait *COVID does not allow for waiting in the small lobby area. Staff is polite and courteous.

Went on to get a state inspection and they let me know my light was out. Replaced my light and finished my inspection quickly and efficiently. Very friendly and professional staff. Much appreciated.

I see very inconsistent rules being followed, even though I still bring my multiple vehicles in for a top off or oil change. My vehicle was scanned and mileage recorded but no receipt? , I remember when i would bring my vehicle in for a top off I would get a receipt? And see the report on car fax, do you all not do this anymore? Overall I still will be returning to VALVOLINE just need to find the right location.

These guys do great job. They even outmatched discounts that other competitors have. Anyway they explained in details what and if any issues you have on your vehicle. I left very confident that they serviced my vehicle. I did have an issue with my vehicle though the next day after they serviced it. Mind u it was something that cleaning emissions of my vehicle caused it to not start. (Nothing they did) I called them and told them of my situation they immediately sent some one out to my location. When they arrived we started car and it started rt up. He explained that some of the emission from my vehicle need to have still be cleared out by driving it, thus casing my car to not have wanting to start. He then told us to drive vehicle some just to make sure we wouldn't have problems again, he stayed until he and myself were satisfied. I had no problems since then.

So, on 1/28/2020 at 12: 50pm. I pull up to this location to get an oil change. Been here several times. I see room in the center lane and I pull in. A technician walks up to me and ask me to back up to allow a white truck to go first since she was waiting longer. I accomdated this and went to the third lane behind a Jetta. Now 12 minutes have passed and the Jetta is still not being worked on but now the white truck is finished. Another car who just arrived pulls into the second station and gets service. Lol these kids have zero clue what they are doing and I left. Will never have my business again.

No customer service. Been waiting 30 minutes for oil change and they put me in wrong line where they are working on car. They let me wait the whole time. Car left before me. I followed soon after

I bought a Groupon for an oil change for $39.50. And when I drive in there to get my oil change they just start yelling right blinker, left blinker, brake lights ect. While I am trying to hear the guy dealing with my purchase I told him I had a Groupon. Then to find out that the my car needs the Full Synthetic Maxlife Oil instead of the Synthetic Blend. I don't know the difference! All this time they are working on my vehicle. They should have waited to see if I still wanted it or not! I had to end up paying $34.25 more! Thank God I had the money because what if I would have. No it's not they're fault for the Groupon, but yes it's they're fault for not waiting to see if I had the money are not! I could have paid $20.00 more dollars at the dealership and got 3 oil changes. So much for saving money! I will not RETURN!

Had a $10 off coupon and this was near where I was working for the day so I stopped in during lunch. A lot of people had the same idea as it was crowded.
They guided me into a place on line and I listened to a podcast as I waited. They have a camera under the car so you can watch them change your oil. They were messing with my skid plate for a long time. I was there for over 50 minutes. When they were done they apologized and said they had trouble getting the skid plate back on. It is now the weekend and I got under my FJ after hearing a rattle and find the skid plate on incorrectly with only TWO bolts holding it on instead of the 6 it had when they took it off!

Now have to fix it myself. Never going back. I will do my oil changes myself or take it somewhere else. Walmart does a better job and is cheaper!

After my review, I received an email to contact customer service via phone. I did and they offered me half off my next oil change. Just not sure if I will go again?
But it was nice to get a response.

Went in today and got my oil changed and a State inspection. I usually get my inspection at a place down the street but it was closed. Oil change was fine but took longer than usual. Seemed to be short staffed (I heard the guys keep asking where a coworker was and no one seemed to know where he had gone)

The reason for one star is mainly because they gave me the wrong inspection paperwork. Unfortunately I figured it out at the Register Office after waiting 45 minutes for my # to be called, then was sent away because it was the wrong car information! The lady said it was the THIRD TIME THAT DAY that had happened from that Valvoline location. I had to go back to Valvoline, wait for them to print out a copy for MY car, and then go back and wait in line again.

The guy who helped me at Valvoline apologized but wasn't surprised, said "it happens quite a bit because their printer has trouble downloading information". Hmmmmmm, maybe they should get that figured out!? !

Extremely frustrating! Definitely won't be going back to Valvoline.
