Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Tyler TX

2nd time of gone didn't have my kind of filter.but things happen. I understand but if your regular customer get one. That old saying the customer is always Right.

Just had my oil changed by Chris and his crew. All 3 gentlemen had fantastic attitudes and provided excellent customer service.

Took two vehicles there today for state inspections and Chris was absolutely fantastic. He was beyond helpful and friendly. Will definitely be returning!

I got my oil change on the 1st of March and three days later I heard something dragging under my car. Come to find out this place didn't put the pins back in my oil pan. I spoke to the Manager, and showed him my paperwork. I was told they would an investigation. My husband and I both have tried to reach back out, but no response. I would not recommend this place at all.

Very attentive staff, knowledgeable and only charged $2.00 to top off the oil before we took our car on a road trip!

Absolutely excellent service! Loved Parker and the new service manager Chris! Chris was super personable, sincere, and helped everyone around him- the employees and myself! He went above and beyond.
