Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Sugar Land TX

These guys and gals rock! It was a cold misty day and frankly a holiday and they were open! They directed me to pull into the garage they had closed and went to work taking care of not only my oil change but wiper blades repair, hood hydraulic repair, and oil change all while I sat cozy behind the wheel! Very professional, clean, and quick!

Good value and usually fairly quick. There are a lot of options for getting fluid changes and basic maintenance on your vehicle. Even though it's fairly simple, there are not a lot of places I trust. Mainly in terms of whether they try to push services I need or not. I trust these guys. They do suggest services that your car is due for, but in my experience these are necessary or at least manufacturer recommended services, and their pricing is pretty reasonable.

They offer plenty of coupons by either signing up for text messages/emails or after each service visit, so make sure to check before you go.

I've been a loyal customer of 5 Minutes Oil Change for quite some time, but my recent experience at Valvoline has exceeded my expectations. The service was incredibly professional, and the speed at which they handled my oil change was impressive. I appreciate the efficiency and attention to detail. Valvoline has won me over with their excellent service, making it a top choice for future oil changes.

Difficult to get state inspection. Last time I even called to make sure they could do the inspection and was told yes, I was there 30 minutes later and was told they couldn’t do the inspection.

Love the place Guys are extremely nice. Been here twice Definitely will be back every time I need a oil change or and inspection.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. All the staff are super friendly and helpful and get the work done quick! Jequoy has done my oil change twice now and it’s great seeing the same friendly face, he always makes sure I understand the service I’m getting and any he recommends. The last time I was there he was running between my car and another while the people under the cars did the things and even though he was going back and forth and even to the line outside the building he was still kind and had a smile on his face!

This is the place to go for State Inspections. Fast, friendly and professional. Shout out to Josh and Joe!

Poor service, disorganized and rude.
Went to this place this morning for an oil change, waited in line for over 30 mts & the supervisor decided to service a person who came after me first.

Bad service from the manager. We were waiting in the line for 15 minutes and then another car came after me. The manager told me to move forward and said the other car came first when clearly that was not the case. I expect better service and more respect. I do not recommend anyone to go to this location in Riverstone Sugar Land.

Absolutely great customer service even though this was my 3rd and final location I drove to today in order to get my tire rotation. First and second location was down for tire rotation. At the second location the gentleman called this location to make sure they were up and running for tire rotation service. Excellent. Why I get all my auto services done through Valvoline.

Always so helpful and courteous.gets the job done. Glad I been going here since I found out they opened. Dependable service.

Horrible customer service! I had to go back several times. My oil was leaking and they forgot to change the seals! They drained the oil from underneath my car and didn’t tighten my skid plate and I had to argue back and forth with them for over 3 months and I finally got it replaced. Horrible experience!

My husband purchased a battery here and it was uninstalled properly. His car broke down the next day and he stopped into a nearby dealership. They reconnected the battery and changed him the diagnostic fee of $170! This cost was due to an improperly installed battery, nothing else was found wrong with his truck. I emailed customer service and we have not heard back.
