Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Lewisville TX

Went to get an inspection sticker, the first young man asked me to pull into the middle bay. After pulling forward he then asked me to move to the first bay to complete the inspection. As soon as I pulled behind the first bay which was occupied, a middle aged man in plain clothes asked me to move back to the middle bay to "prepare my vehicle for the inspection to then go back to the first bay. " I declined and said never mind. While I was backing up I could clearly see the older man chastising the younger guy. However why on Earth would I need to move my car 4 times for an inspection. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Outstanding customer service and attentiveness. Will definitely be back for any car related tune ups.

Car maintenance is never fun but the guys here are fantastic. Always great service, honest and fast. You need an oil change so light as well use a great team to get it done. I've used these guys for over 2 years and never disappointed.

My dogs always do me right but they'll still hit ya with some of the usual absolutely not even remotely beneficial upsells. Can't blame 'em, a guy's gotta eat.

OMG, be careful, ask if the vehicles in front of you are getting more than a oil change, if any car is getting anything other or more than an oil change get in another lane. I was here for over an hour and 15 minutes and there was only 2 cars in front of me. I was told by one employee it wouldn't be much longer, that was after the first 15 minutes of being there. So the employees have no regard for your time.

A very well oiled machine! Have never experienced a oil change like this. Best customer service and communication I have ever seen by far. Very caring company. Very well trained service techs. Tyler was my tech very detailed and checked things other then just my oil without being asked definitely will only come here for now!

Waited in line behind one car for over 30 minutes before I just left, I went somewhere else and they had a line as well but I only waited 10 min there. Terrible customer service

This place is always on top of their game. I go here for inspections and occasionally oil changes and they are always hustling. They also seem to know what they are doing and will do the job right. They do usually try to upsell you on things like air filters, etc, but they aren't too pushy about it and are always professional.

Just got our oil changed there and Kelon the CSR was amazing. Kept us laughing and before you know it our oil change was done. This man Deserves a raise!

They were very nice and explained everything I needed to do. Place has small waiting area with coffee and water.

One star knocked off because they messed up my paperwork a bit.they got my name wrong on the paperwork, so make sure to actually check over what they hand you.

Visited 6 months ago. They did a great job but I was there for a good Hour or more for an oil change. I will be going there today and will post again on my experience.

These guys were excellent! They got me in quickly and could have gouged me, a single woman alone, but they didn't. They were honest and took good care of me and my car! Bravo!

These guys were phenomenal! I wish i could remember all of the names of the ones who helped me. The only ones i remember are Kelon & Tyler, and i know i talked with the manager too, his name also escaped me. Nonetheless, Tyler, Kelon, the manager and the whole team really made my day. I had just come from an extremely rude and frustrating experience with walmart and they were everything i needed. They were friendly, they were professional, they all talked and went around like they knew exactly what they were doing, they all seemed to get along with each other, the whole place was running so smoothly, and the best part is that they really focused on what my car needed rather that what they want to sell, which i more than love and appreciate! They were quick to get to the root of the problem as best as they could and they got down on my level and explained everything to me one step at a time and ran me through every option available. I didn't feel like i was a burden to them for showing up, and i didn't feel like i was rushed out
Even though my problem isn't completely resolved yet, i left feeling like i could breathe knowing that from now on anytime something goes wrong with my car, theres a wonderful team of professionals down the street who will be more than happy to help me. And from what i was offered today, prices seem incredibly decent, a huge bonus. I will absolutely recommend Valvoline to any and everyone! Never again will i be going to walmart auto.

Stop trying to sell me an air filter & you'll get a five. Otherwise, great service, great price.

Excellent customer service! I have been coming to this location for 3 years now. I have never had a bad experience. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I have never felt pressured to buy anything I did or did not need. No problems with any of the work I've received here. I even go out of my way to come to this location after moving 30 minutes away. I have tried other locations closer to home and none of them compare to this location. I'll continue to come to this location as long as I'm in DFW.

This place has it down! I have been twice now and they are great. Fabulous service, quick in and out, and good quality work. I won’t go anywhere else - they have the best customer service! Check them out!
