She is the best doctor I have found for my son. Very happy with her approach in solving the issues. Most importantly I get to see her when my son is not well, her staff always responds back to her messages on mychart.

Great doctor, she thoroughly examines the child and also answers all questions well! Glad we have someone like her who is practical and diligent in her approach.

However, her nurses/medical assistant who see you first before the doctor shows up or the ones who talk on the phone are rude and are quite dismissive. We are always left with a bitter experience there. No issues with Dr. Rawal herself but maybe the team needs help with being slightly polite towards parents.

Really bad why accept new patients if you are unavailable.hasn’t seen our son in 8 months and suggested to stop screen time cause we messaged asking for speech delay (fyi we never gave him any screen time). But that made us realize that she really doesn’t even know who we are.

Very disappointed with new appointments. After seeing good review about this Doctor wanted to schedule appointment but the front office ppl bluntly told that they don’t accept new patient.but I insisted when could it possible open for new patient and they said not in near future, which is shutting down the options for patients to not visit her.is this is how medical system should work?
