Walked in with my wife just wanting to look around and get quotes. A few hours later we ended getting her dream car! Tommy and Prosper in sales were the best. They both did a fantastic job at helping us get the best possible deal. When it came to finance, David did an excellent job on explaining everything. Overall, our experience was amazing, and we will definitely recommend this dealership to our family and friends!

Great experience. We went hunting for a new SUV and the sales representative Elijah took care of us. The service was efficient friendly, but professional, he made us feel comfortable answering our questions and doubts. And Devon, the business manager, navigated us easily, and fast, through the whole process. He even gave us a great tip to manage the payments and save time. Highly recommended.

Never thought I would see myself leaving a 5-star review for a car dealership, but here it is! I came in 6 weeks ago looking to trade-in my vehicle after looking online and finding what I wanted. Within minutes I ended up with the Internet Sales Manager (Kory) and could not have had a more pleasant experience. He was very friendly, communicated clearly and to the point and made me feel comfortable with the whole process! To make the process even better, the finance guy I ended up with was just as pleasant, friendly and communicated so clearly. Maybe I just got lucky, but Vandergriff Toyota is a 10/10 for car buying for me!

Horrible experience will not recommend anyone to purchase a car from here. After getting approved and signing all paper work and paying my down payment they decide to cancel the deal a day later and tell me I cannot have the car. After all the process was completed. Horrible management. Stay away from this place definitely a huge scam

I went in looking a car and had a set budget, I spoke with Jonathan and he was more than understanding with helping me choose the right car, I got all the features I wanted and more! When I went to the warranty end for my car I was helped by Marvin, he was the best! Understood my budget and helped me get the best warranty for my car and answered all my questions I had for the warranty. Both Jonathan and Marvin were very patient with me and answered all the questions I had! So happy with my new car and the helpful staff! Thanks guys!:)

I had called in before I drove all the way an hour for test driving a car. The representative said yes we have it available for a test drive and you can come in today. We drove here and the representatives says we don’t have that car that you wanted to test drive. But we have an alternative car and argued with us. His name was Brian Glotfelty and he wasted our time showing different different options when we had our mind set for a specific car.

He even tried to us to find an inventory from Oklahoma and forced us to finance it before even looking at the car or taking it for a test drive. Like who in the world wants to spend $40k and run their credit without looking or taking a test drive?

Don’t waste your time with this people. They will just lie to you to drive you to their showrooms and show different options. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

I appreciate the efficient and direct conversations that resulted in getting my first brand new car in a very long time. I love the RAV4 and am replacing my 2009 for a new one. Thanks to A. D.for his help - he made the process easy.

This dealer is the real deal, couldn’t be happier with my purchase of a 2022 Camry.
Wanna thank my salesman Donnell Johnson he was very respectful and spoke well felt very comfortable no pressure tactics.
Also Matthew Bartell who helped show me features and fine tuned information for me, I had a lot of questions. Also want to shout out the finance man Marvin Hall Jr, was very calm and cool when signing paperwork, no high pressure tactics.
Haven’t bought a new car since 2006 but I will be back to Vangergriff Toyota in Arlington.

HORRIBLE SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Mike Hernandez got me ready to get into a vehicle on a Saturday a couple weeks ago but they had to do the servicing over the weekend and I was going to be able to pick up Monday after I got off work, however come time to pick up vehicle, I was constantly given the run around for the next few days. Thursday came around and my sister came with me and said the hell with their services! My brother in law is going to do a YouTube review on Vandergriff Toyota. Highly recommend NOT TO GO FOR A VEHICLE.

If you consider customer service a priority, then this is the place you need to visit. Sales manager Austin Torres, Business Manager Duy Huynh and David Sabetrasekh and a desk manager that I can’t recall his name are all outstanding people. Their method of operation is to satisfy customers’ need and deliver best possible value to their customers rather than pushing people to make a deal happen.

These people are crooked, My mom Bought a brand new Toyota tacoma $ 38000,00 and she bought the car in insurance for $ 1000 but she bought her car to change the oil they said my mom car have a staple that voids the insurance. Be careful don't buy a car from them, they are trying to steal your money.

Customer service is wonderful specially with salesman Mike Hernandez, I thank God I’m so blessed and thankful, I was going through a hard situation, I had no car for a whole month, since I got into a car accident I was looking around for a good vehicle at a good price, my salesman handle it very well, they took care of me with a reasonable price and a great vehicle I’m very please, with them I highly recommend them, @ Jim Le thank you for having Mr. Hernández working for you guys his a great salesman, very professional salesman, thank you for taking care of me. Had a good experience overall from purchasing a pre-owned car. Chris B provided excellent customer service was patient with me while I found the right car for the right price. I couldnt fault his customer service. All cars I viewed are in good nick so there wasnt a concern of buying a lemon. My only criticism of the dealer would be to not take the website prices as face value since there are added fees and cars seem to go quickly so you may not end up viewing the car you saw online, although they do have plenty of stock available to find a similar priced car.

I purchased my Rav 4 in June from Karam. My vehicle didn’t come with an instruction manual and I was told one would be mailed to me. I contacted the dealership and was told by Faber that one would be shipped to me (I have a baby and it’s not necessary for me to bring her out for this) it is now October and I still don’t have an instruction manual for my vehicle.
I went to Family Toyota, right by my house, and they suggested that I BUY ONE for my car. When I make a big purchase on something that should come with a manual, I expect for one to already be with said item. I’m one of the few that likes to know the vehicle they’re driving which is why this is so asinine to me. It is now October and still nothing.

Terrible, never doing business here again and I hope everyone else stays away as well. Bought a car off of them August, within a week I took it to the service department 3 times to just be turned away every single time. I then took my car to Ford and paid 900$ out of pocket to fix the issue. Another issue came up on the car a week later. Took it to vandergriff here and was told to come another time. The day after I even left voice mails and everything and still no word back. Fast forward to last Monday this week I dropped my car there and got a call back saying the damages where totaling up to 4,000 and some change… just for the part. After I purchased the car for a total of around 15k with warranties, the car was sold to me with the 4k in damages already present and they won’t fix it. Tried to get my refund not too long ago but was told I couldn’t get my 4k downpayment back and call it good. I would have to trade it in for an even worse car. I had a feeling not to sing those papers when the sales associate fabricated my proof of income in order to try and approve me for the car. Which failed 2 weeks after ive been using the car. They brought me in again and didn’t present the option for me to walk away from the deal, they just kept running my credit and sending me to the one who would take me. Not to mention the first loan totaled to about 18k after my 4k downpayment. Now all of a sudden I’m left to pay 10.3k on the loan? Theres extremely shady things going on at this location. Please save yourselves the trouble and the hassle. I’m currently trying to contact a lawyer myself to get me out of this predicament I was forced to endure.
