Avoid this place like the plague. $8,000 for a market adjustment fee above MSRP for a 2023 Sportage ($44,000) is insane! Don't waste your time.

Terrible communication, constantly lied to by staff about when my vehicle will be ready. They have had my car for over a month and yesterday I was told my car would be ready first thing in the morning. I get here at opening and have waited for hours. Never come here.

Jarrid Vinson in the service department is a gem! He sold me my Kia as a salesman 10 years ago and now we are lucky to have him working in service (by the way my Kia is still running GREAT after 10 years!) He always makes sure I am taken care of when I need service on my car. He remembers me every time even if it has been months or years since I have come for repairs or maintenance. Jarrid Vinson, my service writer, was super helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to help me out with my recall service on my Kia Stinger. They even filled up on my windshield wiper fluid. Will be using Vanguard Kia as my primary service dealership from now on.
Took my 2020 Kia Sorento in because I felt it was not shifting properly. Was greeted right away and gave a list of all of my concerns to George (service manager). George called me later that day and explained to me everything they looked at and stated they reset the engine adaptive values. They washed the Sorento for me to pick up. It is running great!
