Vani Kotha MD, Bedford TX

I had a biopsy and Dr Kotha is going to be out of the office for several weeks. So, I get to wait all that time, through the holidays, not knowing if I have cancer or what is going on with my thyroid! EXTREMELY POOR patient care and the office should have a backup plan set up for this.

Keep in mind, this is the same office that asked if I had any of the COVID symptoms, and I told them I have shortness of breathe, but that is due to diminished lung capacaity. The person that checked me in said it would be counted as a COVID visit. I insisted my shortness of breathe is nothing out of the ordinary, btu she did not listen. I should have ran the other way, as quickly as possible!

12/30/20 Got a call from the office today and they said the doctor wants to know why I left the review after I did get a call with the results (not from a doctor, after I had been told only Dr. Kotha could read the results and give them to me) after having to harass their office with multiple phone calls and calls to my primary care and pain management doctors. Funny how the doctor has time to call her office to have them call and ask about this review, but I had been told she would not be back into the office to give me the biopsy results until January. So, a bad review warrants an immediate phone call but patient test results do not. How can anyone trust this behavior from a doctor; I know I sure cannot.

Dr. Kotha is very personable and explained things really well. Her staff is very efficient and my office visit was one of the smoothest and quickest I've ever had. Her assistant Shannon went above and beyond to help with a paperwork problem with another doctor's office. Spectacular patient service.

I have finally found a dr that works with me and encourages me and helps me to get my numbers in line. I have enjoyed the staff

We have been patients for quite a few years. Dr Kotha takes time and interest in her patients. They care about your overall health and help you manage your medications. Her Medical Asst. Shannon goes above and beyond to help you with lab reports and making sure that Dr Kotha has all the information needed to help you. They are kind and helpful, we have even referred friends.

Shannon has the calmest voice and always puts me and my son at ease during any conversation. This is one person that absolutely goes above and beyond for anyone. Shannon loves her job, she loves taking care of people and she is wonderful at what she does. I cannot say enough great things about the staff at Dr. Kotha‘s office especially Shannon Chance!

Dr. Kotha is one of the best Doctors I know. She listens to you and take the time to get to know you. I have been with her for years and to me she is more the just some Doctor you see. She make you feel like a friend and that she is there for you.

Dr Vani Kotha is a highly knowledgeable, caring, and considerate physician. I fully believe that the care, treatment, and medical advice she has provided me over the past four years has improved my quality of life as a type 1 diabetic and extended my life expectancy. I feel blessed that my primary care physician referred me to her Endocrinology practice.

I just called (Jan 30,2019) and I was told that their office is not taking on any new patients right now. Hopefully they will change their minds soon, but for now I hope this saves someone a bit of time.

Dr kotha is nice and has a good bedside manner. However how the office is ran is a very poor long wait times for a simple phone call. They could care less about my financial problems in regards to being able to do lab work that has outlandish prices. I'm happy to leave your practice good riddance. I definitely would never refer anyone.

Dr. Kotha is extremely professional but in a caring way. She takes time to know what is going on with you and your body. After all we are in our bodies more than a test.

Motha cares nothing about patients. Doesn't deserve Dr.attached to her name. Very unprofessional. Extremely long wait times. She recommended a monitor for me and knew nothing about it. Again very unprofessional.

Do not go to this Doctor or use Texas Health Physicians Group IF you pay by check. They use Central American accountants and they simple cant handle the transactions. All efforts to correct the now overdue bill thru Dr. Kotha's office have failed.

Her staff is efficient and respectful and in no time at all, I was talking to the doctor.
She spent a lot of time understanding the complexities of my ailment, explaining in detail, what was the best course of action.

I Love Dr. Kotha! She is very thorough and listens to all your concerns. Her staff is friendly and helpful. She has blood draws available at her office so no need to go anywhere else.

Dr Kotha is really nice and helpful, I am very pleased with her. However, the scheduling system is not very flexible. I am disappointed of the recent cancelation call I received from the office just a day before my appt day, I had already been waiting for long enough, and had to go through quite so trouble to make myself available for it.
